We've stayed at this location multiple times. It has everything we need i.e comfortable bed, well supplied kitchen (Hope includes coffee, creamer and sugar), bathroom with plenty of towels, hair dryer. shampoo, condiioner and body wash included, laundry facilites, iron and ironing board. All great. The landscaping is so pretty and there is a private patio with comfy furniture for enjoying the CA sunshine. Highly recommend.

We loved our time here! Not only were Darren and Laura wonderful hosts and communicators, but the property genuinely exceeded our expectations, the Airbnb was MORE beautiful in person than in the photos (hard to believe, I know), and the location of the neighborhood was incredible — high up on a hill of a beautiful and safe neighborhood. 😍 Only recommendation for future guests — book one extra day!! There is so much to do and such little time! We would’ve loved to have one more day to enjoy the Airbnb a little more. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Perfect location! I was in town running a training, and this place was the ideal private space to recharge. Quiet, comfortable, and well-situated. Maria was thoughtful, responsive, and easy to communicate with—everything I needed for a smooth stay.

we absolutely loved Chantelise's cottage. It was our first flight with our 7 month old and the space was perfect. Our son lived the micro farm. Such a beautiful space. We will be visiting again!

When we walked in, the tea house looked exactly like the pics! The soaking tub was amazing and felt great to relax in and the bed was ultra comfortable and I so want to get whatever mattress that is. This is also really close to The Greek if you’re looking for a place to stay after a concert/show. It was about a 1.5 mile walk or really quick uber ride if you don’t like walking.

It was a great stay. They have a beautiful property and garden. Berkley is a great walking city. It was fun to explore. This was my 2nd time to Berkeley, and my wife and kid's first. She loved the city. Thanks for a great stay.

Very quaint and clean. Beautiful and inviting grounds. Close to amenities. Loved the opening windows on all four sides. Easy and convenient access. Loved the attached laundry facilities. HIGHLY recommend this little gem!

Linda welcomed us in person while we were checking in. Cozy, super well equipped little 1 room apartment. Very clean & tidy with a lot of extras. Not that far from airport & bus line 3-5 min away. We felt right away home and comfy. Thank you Linda also for your recommendations & quick responses. We loved staying there and would book with her again. When we entered Mary Lee’s backyard where the unit is located, we were instantly pleased with how beautiful and well landscaped it is. The studio is well built, with attention to detail and the use of quality materials. The décor was also pleasant and well thought out. In addition, we were satisfied with the fact that they provide 100% cotton towels and linen for the bed. The kitchen was well stocked with stainless steel cookware and everything we needed. Mary Lee and her husband David were friendly and responsive to all our requests. We would be happy to stay at their place again.

David’s place is amazing. It’s clear he cares a lot about the space, the garden and everything in-between. The apartment is a 15 min walk from everything you could need. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in SF. David and his dog Buster are both very friendly and kind hosts.

To say that this place was great is an understatement. It was extraordinary. The place was adorable. The decorating was done by someone with a real eye for balance and beauty (Martin.) There was every amenity that you could possibly need- plus surprise extras (like a noise machine for sleeping, lotions galore etc.) Martin was also very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

Alexi’s place felt like a home away from home. The cabin is spacious, clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfect for 2 people to stay. A great base to explore the Sonoma and Napa regions. We didn’t manage to try out the sauna and hot tub this time, but felt very comfortable staying at Alexi’s place.

This was my second time staying here, and definitely not my last. Caroline is an amazing host. She goes out of her way for her guests to make them feel welcome and at home.

My family and I enjoyed staying here during part of our California vacation! The house has beautiful views, and the house itself is modern, clean, and comfortable. We have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again!

Loved my stay! It was the perfect home base while exploring the Bay Area. Felt super safe—especially as a woman traveling alone—to be behind the main house, a locked gate, and with my own personalized entrance code. The space had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

This is just such an amazing place that had everything I needed as well as a beautiful deck to sit out and enjoy morning coffee!! I will definitely be booking this place again!!

We only stayed for one night and our family just ended up spending a lot of time sleeping due to jet lag / time changes when traveling and having early morning flights prior to our arrival at this Airbnb but we enjoyed our stay! We would recommend the Airbnb to others. We did not get to enjoy the outdoor spaces but they looked nice and inviting! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated the variety of soft and firm pillows. The space is a perfect size for a small family like ours. We liked the nice features, such as the automatic bathroom light. There is a small step up into the bathroom and kitchen but that was not a problem for us. There is also a skylight in the 2nd bedroom that lets a lot of light in.

The hosts were very helpful with any thing we needed during the stay. The space itself was a bit smaller than anticipated but very comfortable overall. The area is quiet and there’s a whole foods walking distance. Overall, great stay and convenient location.

Maria’s casita was very welcoming. It’s beautiful from the inside and yard was perfect to relax in the evening. I highly recommend the casita on your next trip. It’s convenient to get around. Thank you Maria for opening your place so that I could attend my niece’s graduation.

I had a wonderful stay at Fernanda's Airbnb! The place was exceptionally clean, and super comfortable — exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
