Impeccable accommodation, very well located in Suances, with all the services nearby, a few steps from a beautiful walk along the Suances riverbank for hiking lovers. The apartment had all the amenities, with welcome details that made us feel right at home. They also had a nice touch with my 3 year old son, which made our stay much more comfortable. Teresa is an excellent host, always attentive to us and giving us a lot of information about places to visit. We definitely recommend this accommodation, one of the best I've ever been to.

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt right at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary amenities around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

He helps you with everything you need. The garage is very large and easy to park. We are very happy and satisfied with the house and the surroundings, our dogs were delighted. Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. A charming house in a beautiful neighborhood

The stay was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos (the bathroom is better than in the photo) and is very clean, it looks brand new, it is tastefully decorated and everything is top quality. Mari has been lovely from the beginning, very friendly and helpful and recommending many things to do, the apartment is very close to Santander and several beaches and that is fantastic, in short a 10, we will repeat.

We had a great time with friends. The house is very well equipped with a very good location and a superb view of the ocean in a quiet area. Our host was very responsive and responsive whenever we needed.

Very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom is somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is on the second floor without an elevator, not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The indoor parking is fine, but since there are no designated spaces during busy times such as summer or long weekends, you run out of space, and it is almost impossible to park outside. We went on a long weekend and it was already full, so in summer it can be crazy. I'd go back, but not in summer

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.
