We loved our stay in Granada at Valentina’s! It is a bit challenging to find, but the host was very responsive in ensuring we found it. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location. It is really clean and unique. We loved being able to walk so many places from the house and were impressed with the decor. We would love to come back!!

Ignacio is the ideal host. It is not possible to drive directly to the apartment so he spoke to the taxi driver and explained where we could be dropped off just a five minute walk away. The pictures don’t lie - the view of Alhambra from each of the two patios is amazing. At the end of our stay he even stored our luggage for a few hours. Highly recommend.

We told José that due to a delay we would arrive at the farmhouse at night, and without it being necessary, he had the courtesy to come out to meet us, making our arrival easier. Once in the house, he explained all the details of the house's amenities, in which the effectiveness of the pellet fireplace that kept the whole house at a good temperature should be highlighted. He was kind enough to point out nice places to visit, where he left us after check-out, to leave our vehicle inside the farmhouse while we took advantage of the rest of the morning, to see natural enclaves on foot and very close by. What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

Beautiful home and garden with pool!

We had a lovely stay, despite the torrential rain for most of our visit (March). The house is comfy and we loved the wood-burning stove. The kitchen was great and very well kitted out, and we did a lot of cooking with local produce. The outside area was beautiful, mountains as backdrop, and a huge garden with different areas to sit and enjoy the views and wildlife. Even had orange trees. The house is about 3km from Orgiva, along a very winding road. We were glad it was still daylight when we first arrived, to help find it. Thanks for a lovely stay. I'd love to come back in better weather to really enjoy the pool and do more of the local walks.

Very clean, everything is tidy and disinfected. The beds and sofa are comfortable. Juan Carlos advised us on some routes when we arrived, very good treatment. Good location where you usually find parking.

We had a bit of bother finding the location, as it is remote, but wow was it worth the wait. Situated 7km outside Velez-Blanco, the location is stunning, peaceful, quiet, the casita is perfect with all the amenities you could ask for, and Teresa was the perfect host with plenty of local recommendations for places to walk and eat. Would absolutely love to go back as two nights was simply not enough to explore, there is so much to see.

Lovely, spacious flat, with all the comforts of home. Lola and her partner were a great help in getting us settled inspite of the language barrier. An added bonus, fresh lemons from the lemon tree in the garden.

Ideal days. We went as two couples with children and Mario's cave is equipped with everything you need for families. Everything was very clean and well prepared. Even nicer than the pictures, a perfect temperature and the ideal setting. It is very close by car to other beautiful villages in the area and nature activities. Mario was very attentive at all times and answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend it.

What a beautiful place! What tranquility! I felt very good in Mercedes and Diego's house. The grounds are very large and enclosed which is great if you're traveling with a dog. The owners are very nice and I enjoyed the bottle of wine – from Diego's vineyards – as a welcome gift. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our stay - the beautiful surroundings of the cortijo and the lovely interior which celebrates the sun when it's warm and is cosy in the evenings. It's a very short walk into the village and Lubrin is the perfect midpoint to drive to lots of fantastic beaches and towns for daytrips. Our dog absolutely loved the setting with plenty of outdoor space for her to run around, and Sam was amazing with communication and recommendations/advice. Thanks for having us Sam!

Great place to stay with many excursion options. We as a family felt more than comfortable. From Whirlpool to pool, it has everything your heart desires. We use the outdoor kitchen almost daily. Great running with the Dog around the house. We were also in Almeria, hiking in Lorena's Bar and at Beach of Puerto Rey. Thank you Des and Ruth

We had an amazing experience during our stay. The attention of Maricarmen, the host, was great from the first moment: friendly, attentive and with excellent communication. The house is perfect, especially for those of us who travel with dogs. Our furry friends were happy with the space and the tranquility of the environment. We enjoyed fresh eggs in the morning, a detail that made the stay even more special. The house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home: comfortable, clean and very well maintained. The location is ideal, close enough to Almería to explore the city, discover beautiful corners and visit the beach, but also with the calm and charm of a perfect country house to read, rest and disconnect from the noise. Not only did we love it, but we're already looking forward to returning. Thank you for everything, Maricarmen!

We loved the place. A very good peace of mind. We couldn't enjoy the pool because there was bad weather but we'll be back.

highly recommended! beautiful and mega peaceful surroundings. you can really relax here. the bungalow is nice, but what's best here is the owners that create warm atmospehere and provide cosy common space where you spend your time and can eat good food; also we came for skiing and it’s only 35 mins of driving to the skicenter sierra nevada so it’s a good base for skiers
