Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Colva

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

We have now stayed at Clinton's place four or five times. It is a quiet place, his parents live downstairs and are both very helpful but also respectful of our privacy. The rooms are large and airy and windows are covered with mosquito proof netting so very good in warm weather. We have use of cooking facilities, washing machine, WiFi, TV and the house is quite close to basic shops. We did have access to a car so that makes it easier to get about specially to the beach etc.

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

In a time when Airbnb is often reduced to just business, Zak’s place at Omakote revives its original spirit—genuine hospitality, warmth, and human connection. While the setting and the friendly dogs add charm, it’s Zak’s affable nature that makes the experience truly memorable.

We stayed at Aansav Verde and the villa property was beautiful. The house looked like the image, it was cleaned well before we checked in and we also got local reccomendations of places to visit and the numbers of taxi, cab and scooty rentals which was useful. If you want to explore South Goa, you can stay here with your friends and family.

This place was an absolute delight! The moment we stepped inside the house we were hit with immediate positive vibes. This place was lovely beyond our expectations. The property looks better then the photos , has a really pretty architecture and the best part were all these cute decorations and old school artifacts. Both the host and the caretaker were very helpful and responsive during check in and check out process. The place was spotlessly clean and the entire property being seemingly new gave it a very fresh vibe. The property is also bigger than it looks in the pictures and we were highly impressed by the fact that how the 2 bedrooms on the first floor were basically mini apartments with their own living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. All amenities that we needed were available. The location of the property is also perfect and quiet with multiple restaurants and beaches in a 10 min driving radius. I would highly recommend staying here and I would love to return next time

It’s my second time booking a property with Basappa, and let me tell you everything is sorted at the property. - Cleaning lady comes and cleans almost everyday. You’re not disturbed. - The beach and pool are right there - Plenty of eateries; Basappa will share some numbers with you if needed - The patio is a great place to sit and unwind Overall no complains, and I’m probably going to keep coming back here for the rest of my life. Its a nice peaceful place with nice backyard for bbq and chilling out, as well as sit out in front. Swiming pool is very close to the house. So when beaches are to sunny and hot, staying back and relaxing can be done.

The stay justifies it's name, it's cozy, calm and very peaceful. Great host - awesome hospitality, clear communication and always helpful. all the amenities matches the description. The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Highly recommended place for group of friends, couples and family. Thank you Maison for making our stay super comfortable.

I had an amazing stay in this cozy and well-equipped apartment! The place felt like a home away from home, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, and a fully functional kitchen—perfect for those who love the convenience of home-cooked meals. Pratik is super host and his parents are very cool and responsive. One of the best parts of staying here was the convenience. There’s a general store right below the apartment, making it super easy to grab any essentials without going far. Whether it was snacks, toiletries, or last-minute groceries, everything was just a few steps away! The location is another highlight. It’s close to the beach, which means I could enjoy beautiful morning walks by the shore and stunning sunsets in the evening. Plus, there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food.

The property is superb. It is so warm and welcoming you wouldn’t mind spending the whole trip in the property itself. The kitchen is well set, furnitures, carpets, beds, mattresses everything great!! The theme of the property is black/grey with minimal lighting that too yellow colored. Looks aesthetic 😀 Would be better if white lights be made available so that there would be enough brightness when required and the AC in the master bedroom is not sufficient enough to cool the room! But it’s manageable with the wall mounted fans. When i visited the property, there was Electricity cutout by the govt. Thus no appliances would function after the backup was run out of power. So incase of such issues, the power backup is limited for 4-5 hours. Overall the property is 10/10 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio apartment villa in Benaulim, South Goa. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach, which made mornings and sunsets truly magical. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The villa had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the quiet surroundings added to the relaxing vibe. It’s clear that the host has put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and convenient space for guests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene beachside retreat whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or remote worker. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Firstly would like to appreciate Rohit on being a wonderful Host. Amazing location as everything was just a stone throw away. It's walkable distance to Colva beach and since I'm familiar with the place just felt like home away from home. The place is spotless and as shown in the pics. Even though it poured and we couldn't step out for a day we enjoyed the peaceful and serene location by staying indoors. The place is Swiggy and Zomato serviceable so no worries. Rohit deserves many more stars 🤩 just 5 isn't enough for his proactive and helpful nature and the way he has maintained the property. Lastly on behalf of our family we are thankful for meeting you in person as the praises for this abode will go on and on. I always recommend great places to friends and family. This place is inside a resort, so feels safe.. perfect stay for couples or two people who are looking to have some peaceful time.. They have everything what u get at home.. Water purifier, First aid kit, card games .. you name it this place has everything.. trinity beach is just 900 meters from this home.. Very peaceful location for someone who is looking for a leaisure time.

One of the very few Airbnbs I’ve stayed at that truly deserves more than a 5-star rating in every aspect! Madhwendra has meticulously planned every detail with thoughtful touches throughout the home. We stayed for 5 nights, worked remotely, and cooked all three meals daily without any hassle — the kitchen is fully equipped. The swimming pool is exceptionally well maintained and cleaned every day. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for early morning or evening strolls. The house itself is beautifully designed and has all amenities that make it feel like a home away from home. With 3 ACs running efficiently, we never felt the Goan heat while working. Truly a hidden gem and by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in Goa. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings. There were plenty of shared facilities that made the experience even better, including a pool table, table tennis, and a lovely swimming pool.
