Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Colva

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

Spacious 2bhk Good ventilation Furniture,kitchen setup, washing machine all things are in good condition Good and responsible host, throughout communicative If you’re planning to visit both south and north goa you can consider staying here. It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

Everything about the listing was great. Host was always responsive and helpful. The society has lots of restrictions/Do’s and Dont’s. Rest everything was perfect.

The place is so nice! Really felt at home here. The apartment is so well maintained and had all the required amenities. I would recommend this place to everyone who would like to stay in North Goa. The host Seema and manager Anushka are very helpful and easily approachable.

Wonderful stay! Dubinsky and his team were great hosts—always responsive and friendly. The place is private, quiet, and secure. Everything in the apartment is designed to ensure comfort for both short and long stays. The cleaning was excellent as well. Colva Beach is within walking distance (about 5 minutes). Many restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, as well as grocery stores and fruit shops, are located nearby. We would be glad to stay here again if we get the chance!

Deepa, the front desk manager, was extremely helpful. She was kind and very understanding. She helped us get parking and to find the place accurately. we really enjoyed our brief stay. 10/10 recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Candolim! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and local markets. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, with a relaxed Goan vibe. From the moment we walked in, it felt like a little home away from home. The space was thoughtfully decorated, super clean, and had all the essentials—even a few thoughtful extras like books and a great little coffee corner.

Great experience to say at Vasundhara's listing, fantastic views from every single bedroom and the drawing room. There's gyms in the community as well. One can definitely go for a run in the area, there's fantastic greenery and lush views even on the roads to say the least. All amenities are there including AC/Fridge/Wifi etc. Swiggy/instamart and other deliveries also work. Including Goa miles cab services. I must add that this listing is extremely well furnished, thereby making it perfect for a home away from home. Look forward to staying here for a long duration.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Thanks a lot Meenu. The house was same as you see in the photos posted and more. There is everything available in the house. The kitchen, bedroom, leaving room, the toilet.....just wow....no words to say. We stayed here for 3 days, we did not want to leave the house, it was soo nice. Meenu is a wonderful person who will guide you in all ways.

The host was extremely cooperative, even provided us with early check-in, which we definitely appreciate. The only issue we had is power, we faced approx 8-10 hours of power loss in our stay, which the host mentioned it was rare, but such a thing happened. No backup power there

We recently styed at Bertran's bnb for four nights. The building is located right next to Courtyard by Mariott. The place has a grocery shop just a 5 minute walk away. Beach is also 5-10 minute walk. Colva market which also has good cafes and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment complex felt safe and has a functional gym and swimming pool. The guards are polite and the caretaker Rama ji is great help. She even did the cleaning as late as 9 pm after we were back from the day tour. The bnb had a well stocked kitchen, Pretty much everything you would need. There is hot water available in the bathrooms. The hosts, Bertran and Glynnis were proactive, gave is nice recommendations on restaurants and cabs etc. Though we did not meet them or speak to them, they were very quick to respond on Whats App. Absolutely no issues at all. We loved the space and would recommend Berty's place if you are planning to stay in Colva.

I stayed at Tata Rio for two days and my stay was amazing. I had come to see a family friends ailing dad. my plan's cancelled. The co host Yogesh was very accommodating. He helped me with arranging bike and etched out a two day self tour for me. I was really surprised that I was able to see so many beaches and visit the best of the places for food. Yogesh always responded to my texts and calls immediately. Since I was all alone I felt safe at the appartment and I was able to visit the places he suggested. Over all a very good experience. I entered the house being anxious and overwhelmed but I left with a happy face. I promised Yogesh next time I m gonna well plan my trip & will surely book this place for stay. this is the most peaceful place. loved the gym, pool the greenery & the silence. For a person like me coming from Mumbai staying at the most silent place was heaven. i loved making my mrg tea n coffee. thanks for those tea powder & sugar. i really felt like home. 5* for the Host.

No fixed address is a beautiful well maintained apartment in tata rio de goa establishment in dabolim goa . Its very near to the airport & its an ideal place if you are looking to visit south goa . The house is very beautiful with all amenities , the owner is very helpful & proactive . Would highly recommend everyone to have a nice staycation at No Fixed Address.

We had such a great time staying at this Airbnb in Goa. The space was both beautiful and super functional—it had everything we needed. The whole house was clean, air-conditioned, and really well-kept. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics, which made things really convenient. We ended up spending a lot of time in the living room—it was cozy and had a TV, so it became our go-to hangout spot during the trip. Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home
