The bed was super comfortable and super convenient to get in the home and out. Really loved the layout of the home itself and neighbors were friendly. Would stay again!

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

I didn't mind the bathroom situation. This was all I needed. It's the right price. Hotels were selling rooms at $300 that night so this was a bargain!

This is a really great place to stay. Very well located, high in coziness, pretty views of the neighborhood. Donna is a great host.
