The house is very well located and nicely equipped. The courtyard is lovely and gave us privacy for outdoor breakfasts. Loved the pressure in the showers and high quality renovated bathrooms in general. Overall we were very happy the three nights we stayed. Two things to consider: If you stay during a season weekend, you'll have a stream of people walking by your windows most of the day as the street has two popular restaurants and a hotel just across. The windows are slightly elevated so it's generally fine, it's not like people can look inside. But if you are looking for much privacy / quiet and need both bedrooms, it's worth considering that. We stayed mostly in the back bedroom and the courtyard. The other thing is the capacity of the hot water tank. We were just two in the house and ran out of hot water all three mornings, both taking about 5min showers. The water pressure is fantastic but maybe upgrading to a bigger tank would help with capacity?

The apartment is beautiful, the beds and pillows very clean and comfortable. The amazing view, super bright and you can enjoy being in it. Communication was continuous, very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend and come back

Alexandra’s place was beautiful and she was so incredibly responsive, accommodating, and gave great local tips. I would recommend this apartment to anyone vacationing in Colonia. It is close to the historical center (25 min walk and 10 min drive) and right near the water. I made the best choice!

This is the second time I have stayed at Rodrigo's house. The location is unbeatable (one step away from the beach), the house is impeccable and with everything you need for a good stay. Marisa, who welcomed me, was always attentive and very kind. Highly recommended!!! Thanks Rodrigo and Marisa!!!

Rodrigo communicated with me at all times, handling a unique kindness to see what is perfect in the stay. Beautiful house that has all the amenities you would expect from a house in a spa, very comfortable for a large flia, with 3 rooms and 2 of them with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms that make the stay comfortable when several people stay. It has 2 grills to do some good barbecues there, location 50 meters from the beach which is wonderful. I recommend Rodrigo's house and we hope to come back at any time. Regards

Everything as published. I want to highlight the tranquility of the area. You don't hear any noises. The house comes with absolutely everything you need, it is very complete, it really met our expectations in full. Alejandro and Laura, the girl who received us, were very friendly. The only thing to improve would be the lighting outside the house, and I would make a small barbecue grill. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a few days disconnected :)

Perfect. In a corner on the avenue, but with the characteristic tranquility of Santa Ana. The house has everything you need and I love that they have kept the wooded land. It does not have a grill rack, but it has a cute stove on the floor for fire pit and roasts. It also has a mud oven. The house has wifi that goes impeccable and maintains a nice wild and simple style, nothing is missing. I highly recommend it! And so do the treatment and hospitality of Lucia and Carolina. 100 pts.

Bea's place is fantastic. It is beautiful, it is very well equipped with everything you need for a beautiful vacation, and it is right in front of the beach. Check-in is easy, everything works well, including the internet, and Diana, who manages the property, is super responsive. We will be back!

We were looking for a place to stay overnight and were fortunate to find this home, which responded quickly. The host was attentive to our arrival, welcomed us in a friendly manner, and communicated quickly and accurately. The place has everything you need to enjoy and rest comfortably. Located in a quiet area, where we enjoyed walks along the river. Nearby you will find a sushi restaurant and a cafe that are featured on TripAdvisor. We appreciate the willingness and flexibility in the face of our quick visit. We really enjoyed the heated pool. We'll be back without a doubt.

It's already the third time I've stayed in a Gerardo apt and always the experiences are very good. Everything is always spotless which makes the stay very enjoyable. Of course, I'm coming back!

The Sandra apartment is very spacious and super equipped. The view of the river makes the sunrises and sunsets something special. Fresh with good ventilation. While it's not in a tourist area, you can walk to the main one right away. Recommended for staying for several days!
