The Sandra apartment is very spacious and super equipped. The view of the river makes the sunrises and sunsets something special. Fresh with good ventilation. While it's not in a tourist area, you can walk to the main one right away. Recommended for staying for several days!

Marisa was a great host. His accommodation is very pleasant and has everything you need to spend a few quiet days in Cologne. I would choose again without any hesitation.

The stay was very pleasant, the apartment is very large and has a very comfortable bed, a beautiful view of the river and you can also see the football rolling on a field that is on the side. We did everything on foot peacefully the house has a great location

Andrea was friendly and helpful at all times. Flexible in terms of schedules and that is highly rated. The location is excellent and the neighbors are good. The house was like in the photos and everything was very good. It could be considered an electric fee from a certain cap, as it generates a restriction during the stay think about that extra cost, since everything works based on electricity, air, heating, heater, kitchen, etc. We had a great time now and would come back :)

Small space but with everything you need, Nicolás always responded quickly to inquiries and was attentive to requests. Everything was very comfortable. They allowed me to leave my luggage in custody after checking out.

Everything is as described, the host was very friendly and flexible with check-in, she always responded quickly, the apartment has a separate entrance and the neighborhood is very quiet, you can get everywhere by car in a few minutes! The bed is comfortable. Everything was clean and in order, the only detail was a wall with some humidity, keep it in mind if you are allergic! Still, I recommend this place!

great hotel/apartment combo complex with pool, restaurant, friendly staff, and a great apartment with an awesome balcony and view. perfect distance from Old Town to get a good walk in and enjoy the day, then rest and relax by the pool or at a beach across the street after.

Beautiful apartment. Very well located, in a beautiful and super quiet neighborhood. Everything new, neat and clean. Claudia is always available and trying to solve problems and help with everything. We used the heated pool and gym and both are very good. I highly recommend the accommodation and would definitely come back.

From the beginning, José Luis (Sol's father) was very attentive to all the details to make our arrival and stay a good experience. A previous tenant had stolen a small appliance and at the time José Luis got to work to replace it as soon as possible, a genius! We'll be back for sure!
