The room was perfect. Exactly as shown! You can open the window for a fresh breeze and sunlight. It was very comfortable. I loved the surrounding area as well. I would describe Maribel as very charismatic. She was kind and funny!

I stayed here for my first three months in Mexico City. Everything from the place to the neighbourhood was what helped me feel welcomed and right at home. They helped quickly resolve any issue that came up. Great hosts. I'd recommend them and the place to anyone looking for a great spot to enjoy. And the neighbourhood is safe, vibrant and culturally rich. I'd recommend it for longer stays as well.

What a great spot. Walkable neighborhood with lots of nearby metro connections. The courtyard inside and out are lovely. The public areas are pristinely clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. The roof space was bigger than I expected with lots of different areas to chill. The room is definitely simple, but I had everything I needed.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the listing and shown in the photos. I stayed for two weeks and had a great time. The apartment is centrally located, making it easy to get around the city. It’s on the first floor of a quiet residential building with friendly security staff, perfect for relaxing. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, allowing me to work from home without issues. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring great sleep. While there’s no washing machine, this isn’t a problem as there are many affordable laundromats nearby. I recommend Fast Laundry on Valentín Gómez Farías Street, where the staff takes care of everything for 38 pesos per kilogram. For people with physical disabilities, an elevator is available. Homero, Edgar, and Mode were always available and answered all my questions quickly. They are the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb. When I’m back in CDMX, I’m definitely staying here again.
