The house is very spacious and nice. Everything was tidy, it has almost everything you need for cooking. The living room and kitchen are perfect to promote coexistence and have a good time with the family. The subdivision is very quiet and the pool was at an excellent temperature. Although it is shared, it practically touched us that I was practically alone. The location is great as it's minutes from the beach. There's also many restaurants and shops nearby. Devyn was always very nice and attentive to my stay. I would definitely go back with my family to have a vacation!

My family and I spent 10 days at Las Palmas 5 and we still cannot stop raving about it. The house was beautiful and worked particularly well for a family with grown children - each bedroom is off a central private courtyard and has its own bathroom, so there was tons of privacy for each group. Beds, pillows, etc. were very comfortable. There were tons of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was well-stocked with plates/glasses/cookware/etc. but I would recommend bringing/buying your own spices, olive oil, etc. What really made the trip so amazing and special was Pedro, our concierge from Vallarta Rentals, and our housekeepers, Guadeloupe and Isabella. Pedro was so organized and on top of everything, he handled booking our COVID tests, getting our groceries, airport transfer, travel around, reservations, even tracking down an amazing chocolate cake for a family member that was celebrating a birthday. Guadeloupe and Isabella made absolutely DELICIOUS food and were so friendly and kind. We largely picked lunches for them to prepare, and each morning, they put out cut fruit, yogurt, granola and coffee for us to snack on. They were even kind enough to host a little cooking class for our family to share several of the recipes we loved (shrimp marietas, fresh tortillas, etc.). We primarily used Google Translate to communicate with the two of them. And Isabella made sure the house was spotless each day, and it was so nice to not have to handle laundry, cleaning, cooking, dishes, etc. Punta Mita was lovely! Very safe and clean. We loved the El Surf Club (great swimming beach, delicious food, great drinks) and the SUFI Beach Club (more quiet, no beach, just a pool). We popped into the little town on a regular basis, there is a little grocery store for any groceries you might need to fill in, as well as a number of beautiful boutiques with great local made items (although most are $$$). Due to COVID, the St Regis and Four Seasons properties were closed to visitors but we didn't notice the absence - there was plenty to do otherwise.

4th Trip to Villa Delphin. There's a reason we coming back. The house is as described with incredible ocean views. We usually go in the winter and have been able to see whales everyday. What people need to understand is the place is great but what makes it truly incredible is the cook and resident housekeeper Carmela. She made us breakfast and supper every day. You just tell her what you want to eat and she goes and does the shopping, prep, cooking and clean up. She is a big part of why we keep coming back, she is a kind generous soul. This is a place to truly detach form the world. You can walk to the ocean as the house sits above the water but if you wanted to swim in the ocean I wouldn't recommend that. The pool is always a nice 85 temp. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for our bachelorette trip! Our group of 9 loved the house—it was beautiful, spacious, and had stunning views that made our trip even more special. The location was also fantastic—close to so many great spots, including the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. One of the highlights was the incredible food from Vanessa and Carlos—every meal was absolutely delicious! The house is in a hilly area with a lot of stairs, which wasn’t an issue for us but is something to keep in mind. The host was fantastic—super communicative, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a perfect spot for a group getaway. Highly recommend!

5 Stars all the way around!! It's an amazing retreat in the middle of a jungle oasis, zen & comfortable furnishings plus 3 King BRs w/ensuites and decks where all the couples feel they're in luxury!! We loved getting our steps in going to and from the beach and ZR. And I can't say enough about Jose and his cooking!! Enjoy the wild life during the day, but definitely lock the sliders at night to keep out the critters. We'll be back :)

From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. Carlo welcomed us at the condo and explained all the details of the amenities, beach clubs, golf cart and introduced us to Yolanda (housekeeper & chef). First of the pictures on AirB&B are beautiful, but wait till you see it in person, from the views of the beach , to the pool & the vegetation of the grounds so well manicured, everything is so pristine, Very quite and peaceful. Enjoyed having access to the town so close to us, you can walk or take the golf cart. Security was top notch, we felt safe at all times. We can’t say enough about our housekeeper Yolanda, she is amazing!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best hospitality and cooked the best meals, breakfast & lunch, her fresh juices are wonderful. We hope to make it a yearly visit. Thank you! Jackie & Jerry

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. The location is perfect—close to everything you need, making it easy to explore the city. Casa Selva was everything we wanted and needed. Amazing customer service and instructions. Simple easy check in and out. Super friendly and helpful. The place itself is perfect location away from the crowds but a lovely walk into town. Our unit was clean and beautifully well kept, great style. We got the one with a/c but never used it as the weather was so perfect. The fans were all we needed. The deck with 2 hammocks were so wonderful and thoughtful touches were the drying rack and drinking water dispenser. All in all there was nothing more we could have asked for.

Overall, the stay at Jose’s place was really nice. It’s not in central Puerto Vallarta and that’s what makes it special. The beach is beautiful and the staff are very attentive. Jose was very responsive and if a problem arose he found a solution within the hour. I really enjoyed how it gave us the Airbnb feel with the Hotel service. I’d stay here again. Thank you, Jose!
