Pleasant 18 m² studio decorated with solid oak, fully equipped, with a 30 m² terrace and small garden, in a small village in the Gers, surrounded by organic fields. 140-cm bed, fully equipped mini kitchenette (stovetop, range hood, sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and washing machine.) Bathroom area (with shower and sink) and separate toilet. TV, wifi, air conditioning, dressing room. Towels and bed linen is provided.

Country house in a quiet environment, the Mauvielle cottage, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 12 people. Its location is ideal for visiting Auch, Montauban, the medieval village of Sarrant and the surrounding villages renowned for their market hall. The house has a swimming pool (10x5 m), a shaded terrace and a wooded park. Hiking trails are accessible. The owners live right next door but the layout of the houses offers complete privacy.

We offer our independent studio, whether you come to discover the Gers or for professional reasons. This new accommodation, with all the comforts (kitchen, air conditioning) will allow you to enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay. The terrace has a table. The sofa can be converted into a double bed. Anecdote: would you have guessed that this studio was previously a container? Note that at this time, the exteriors are under construction.

For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky.
