Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Very sunny, it is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view over the Baie des Anges. The accommodation suits to families, couples, business travelers and to big groups. Appartement dans chalet au calme entre allos et colmars en pleine nature,ayant deux terrasses couvertes selon exposition au soleil et grande terrasse avec salon de jardin avec vue barbecue,wifi ..beaucoup de belles randonnées a faire. Une belle cheminée avec du bois fourni 😁 Station de ski de fond en face ainsi que 2 stations de skis a 10 et 20 minutes en voiture... Plusieurs randonnées en raquettes a faire en partant du chalet...
