Charming 60 m2 fisherman's house, completely renovated in 2021, located in the most picturesque area of Collioure. Pedestrian street, very quiet, 100 m from the beach, close to shops and artists' galleries. Ground floor: living room, dining room, TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen. 1st floor: separate toilet, shower room, double bedroom with toilet/shower area. From the balcony, very nice view of the bell tower, small sea view. 2nd floor: spacious bedroom, attic, 3 single beds or 1 double bed +1 single bed.

Port de Llanca - Near the Beach

Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.
