The pictures don’t do the beauty of the space justice. Maria, the housekeeper who lives in the basement unit was very discrete. Dawn was our host and set us up some incredible reservations, as well as helped us with a transportation issue. The view is otherworldly off the back porch, which overlooks olive trees. There are many adorable tortoises that live in the backyard and are very fun to watch. Close drive from the tram as well as many incredible restaurants. Take the cooking class with Maria!!! It was a trip highlight. If you stay here, you will definitely want a car.

We had a lovely short stay in May. We arrived quite late in the evening but we had clear instructions on how to self check in, Mario was very responsive so had no issues. The flat itself was cute and cosy and had everything we needed. Even had some lovely small breakfast/snacks in the kitchen such as jam and Nutella spread, milk, juice cartons which I was not expecting. Great parking - plenty of space. We would have loved to use the pool - looked nice and clean but we had too many activities booked and it wasn't that warm so didn't get a chance to use it! The property was not far at all from the city centre of Florence - about 5 minutes away there is a bus stop opposite Co-op and we got on the number 37 everyday which took about 20 minutes or so to get into the city. Easy peasy, just tap on with your card and they run every 15 minutes or so. Would reccommend ! Thanks again Mario :)

Our stay at Pauline’s villa was outstanding, and she is a gem! So helpful! And the villa gave us a beautiful, peaceful Tuscan experience, but we could be in Florence in less than 30 minutes. She’s so kind and helpful; I hope we can come back someday. (Note, we were a big, multigenerational family, and the house and grounds were amazing for us. There are stairs to all the bedrooms, but if everyone is mobile, amazing setup for large families.)

For a 4-month stay with Domenico and Claudia, everything went wonderfully! Accommodation is very nice, as described and suitable for short or long stays. There's pretty much everything you need. A bus stop is in front of the accommodation and allows direct access to the city center of Florence, which is great if you want to visit or if you work in the center. Finally, I was very well looked after and advised when I arrived. If I ever come back to Florence, I'll choose the same place!
