Monthly Rentals in College Hill

I absolutely LOVED Dee's place. It was very cozy and comfortable. It was extremely clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Dee was very responsive to any questions that I had. I will definitely stay here again!

Great house, love the location, nice fenced in backyard for the dogs to run around, excellent communication with the owners and a wonderful experience overall.

This was my second stay in this apartment. It's the perfect size for one person or a couple, and I love that it is pet friendly. It's bright, with lots of windows, and in a walkable area of town with restaurants, a brewery and bars a 5-10m walk away. Stylianos is very communicative and easy to reach — there was a miscommunication regarding cleaning ahead of my arrival but he addressed it promptly and sent the cleaner right over.

My stay was wonderful and met all of my expectations, I would stay there again and recommend to others, this is not the Hilton, this is home, not perfect in every way, which makes my stay even more comfortable. Keiuna was a wonderful host and her communication was great!
