Monthly Rentals in Colle di Procchio

The apartment was very nice and very clean, we lacked nothing. Procchio is a very nice little place! The deck is so beautiful. We also found the location generally good, only the main road was quite noisy during the day. Thank you for the wonderful stay :)

Studio on the ground floor, well-equipped, very clean, perfect location close to the sea and several pubs/restaurants. Parking nearby. Stefano and Paola are very nice and available. Highly recommended! Had a lovely stay.

Lorena was very punctual and helpful. We felt right at home. The apartment was in excellent condition and equipped with everything you need. We'll be back!

Thank you for the pleasant hospitality. The apartment is very quietly located and yet you are in the lively village with all amenities in a few minutes and a 5-minute walk to the beach. The apartment has everything you need. We liked that we could arrive by public transport. We will be happy to come back.
