Lots of restaurants, coffee and upscale tea shops nearby. Certainly, the area called Equipetrol is the best in Santa Cruz, and the place is right in the middle of it.

The condominium is very nice, with a comfortable bed, a hot shower and good kitchen. What really makes this place stand out are the facilities - outdoor pool with sunbeds and swinging chairs to relax in, indoor pool, jacuzzis and a sauna and play room with pool table and pingpong - it is not necessary to reserve a time but just ask the guards to open them if they are closed. The building staff are friendly and helpful, the hosts were always quick to respond and flexible each time we extended our stay. There are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance and buses to the centre pass nearby. Also I recommend visiting La Rinconada for giant water lilies and beautiful plants and Guembe Biopark (20minutes in taxi). Highly recommended, thank you.

I would definitely come back, it is a very pleasant environment, highlighting the social areas of the building that can be enjoyed with peace of mind and the communication with Patricia was very pleasant. Everything was great!

Carlos place was fantastic. He was also a great host and answered all my questions right away. The location is perfect and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.
