Vacation rentals with a patio in Coimbra

Cute little cottage. Location was awesome, 2 minutes from the beach but also not directly on the beach so it was nice and quiet. Cleanliness was good. Parking is possible right outside the door in a huge parking lot. But it may also be full in the high season. He was very empty with us. In September, there were a lot of bars, etc. Which was a bit unfortunate but also understandable. Beach was very clean and completely empty. For the essentials there are two small supermarkets. But we drove to Tocha for shopping. We had little contact with Catia. But when we wrote, she responded within a minute. Overall, we felt comfortable and will certainly come back ;)

Luis was very helpful. directions for self check-in were extensive but clear and Luis called to ensure we understood. location is across the river from main area but that worked for us as a bit quieter and still an easy walk or Uber. parking on site a great advantage. apartment is as expected. fresh apples a nice touch as well as some coffee pods. would not hesitate to recommend.

The place is charming, beautifully designed, and enjoys wonderful outdoor spaces that provide great activities for children. We had a wonderful time!

We went to spend the end of the year with another couple of friends and we were able to cook everything we wanted (well equipped kitchen), celebrate without disturbing, we did not lack firewood to heat the house. Antonio left us everything we needed. We have been very comfortable, like at home and there is a lot to do in the surroundings (hiking trails, Visit to Coimbra, Figueira da Foz, etc.). Antonio is attentive to what we need, he is very friendly and has passed us a lot of interesting information. The house is a rehabilitation of an old windmill…great! In the garden there are many orange trees, idea for the morning zumito. House highly recommended!

This is a one of a kind experience! Outside terrace with the grill is a wonderful spot to kick back, have a drink and enjoy the sunset. Beautiful old furniture and accessories that make you look twice. Beds are a little short for me with my 1,98 meter. But there is one without a foot board, so I still could stretch my legs. Kitchen provides you with everything you’ll need. If you visit during winter, bring some warm socks; the floor can get chilly. Highly recommended!

It was spacious, well equipped and better than the photos depicted. Alison and Rod have renovated this property with love and care and provided everything you need and more for a relaxing stay.

I traveled with my family, my partner and my 2 children. The house is tiny but very beautiful and with all the necessary comforts. It has beautiful views of the rice fields and is at the foot of the castle of Montemor-o-velho, which is spectacular. Hosts Mada and Luís were spectacular, we had conviviality with them and they were very helpful. We had our bottle of wine, a selection of pates and a juice for the kids, as soon as we arrived. And for farewell we went to drink coffee with them and they offered us a record of traditional songs. Spectacular! We returned with two new friends to our city who we hope will come visit soon. Paradise! A peaceful oasis, surrounded by the river, nature. An absolutely beautiful and comfortable house. We really recharged and our 3-day stay at Paula's was our best experience in Portugal. The surroundings are splendid: the small schist villages, the countryside, Coimbra, the houses of the surrounding villages, the gardens. We plan to come back one day, it's a house that creates memories!

The communication with Ivone went perfectly and she gave us extensive tips, both personally and digitally. That made us feel very welcome. Furthermore, there are plasticized instruction cards everywhere in the house with how everything works. Super convenient. Perfect house to visit Koimbra and surroundings.

Excellent! A very nice place to go on vacation. The house is beautiful , with everything we need to spend a few weeks on vacation . The view we have of the Ocean is wonderful. Mr. António is very attentive . I highly recommend it.

Apartment with a very quiet location. Very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing as a family. Sea views from the house and very close to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Afonso and Luis, the hosts are very friendly and willing. 100% recommended!

We stayed here for a month because my son went to school nearby. The place is nice, especially the view from the balcony! It's so lovely. The place is small but it has everything necessary. There is a washing machine in the garden. Rui was friending and helpful and responsive.

As feedback to new guests, in summary, we can say that it is an excellent option, in the “cost x benefits” ratio! The room is in accordance with the announced photos and amenities. The site is very nice and is located a few meters from Rua Ferreira Borges, that is, new guests should consider the fact that they will be in the heart of the Historic Centre of Coimbra.
