The apartment is exactly as described. The view is fantastic. You can watch the children playing in the sand from the balcony. There are various restaurants and a minimarket within walking distance. Fernando is an extremely accommodating host. I'm sure we'll be back sometime.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, the room is clean, it was possible to take a heater. There is a shared kitchen downstairs where you can heat up food and make tea.

Great location to explore the beach and waterfront

The apartment corresponds 100% to the description, is very clean, spacious and lacks nothing. The location is great, in the middle of the colorful fishermen's cottages, incl. free parking at your doorstep. A great place to stay that we would like to highly recommend. Thank you Carlos, for preparing the port wine and the ovos moles!

Perfect pitstop between bigger cities with a beautiful beach and great food and entertainment. We really enjoyed our stay!

A very charming and peaceful place with idyllic dune landscape and great beaches. Also, many nice restaurants and bars to go to. What else would you want? The apartment is a very personal and individual place, which -at the same time- is equipped in a way that everyone feels at home.

We highly recommend it! Nelson is very responsive and friendly. Perfect location 2 min walk to the beach (sea view). The apartment is even bigger than the pictures! Very well equipped and clean. The pool is great too. Only downside: maybe the lack of deckchair near the pool for sunbathing :) Thank you for the quality of the accommodation!

small house very nice!!! not overlooked, a relaxation area at the back with jacuzzi, bbq, garden, table, shade under the tree... beautiful!!! everything is provided when you arrive, linen, coffee, kitchen, bath, cleaning products... We arrived and in felt like home. My daughter's loved the special cake that Marta left for us upon arrival. The house is well equipped with everything you need and more. The bathtub was a favorite, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and people watch. The beach is only steps away, along with places to grab a snack. We used the bikes for a fun ride and my daughter loved the game room area to read and do crafts. Something for everyone in a picture perfect location. The entire home was impeccable. Thank you Marta for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this space. It was peaceful, amazing views, and our 3 boys had such a great time enjoying the jacuzzi and jumping into the river. Quiet town that is the perfect escape.

This is 100% recommended, everything perfectly taken care of and very neat. Wonderful to sit in the garden in peace after a day in Coimbra (20 min by car) and the BBQ on. No hotel can compete with this!! Erik

The location is spectacular. Great for those who just want to relax and enjoy nature, from enjoying the morning sun with a beautiful landscape to enjoying the starry sky at night. The house has all amenities for a comfortable stay. Thanks to Francisco, who was always available for whatever was needed.

Even if you immediately feel at home, you have great respect for the services that the owner and this property have invested. There's nothing missing! We absolutely loved our holiday here! It's one of the most beautiful properties I've ever stayed on with Airbnb. The views are incredible and the garden is the perfect place to decompress and relax. João was incredibly responsive and helpful if we had any questions about the house or local recommendations. Very clean accommodation, peaceful environment. Lianne and her husband are friendly and welcomed us. The kids loved the pool.

The unit was great! very clean, well decorated, large windows and nice view. Great restaurants around the corner. All the amenities were great, warm shower, large TV, wifi, would stay there again 😊

The view from the living room was beautiful, the home was clean and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Walking to the beach, restaurants, grocery was a breeze. António is very kind, he told us about all of the local festivities that were going during our stay. He is also very patient as we locked ourselves out and it wasn’t easy to get back in as we left the key in the lock on the inside. Please note from our mistake.

It was the second time my in-laws stayed in this peaceful and very welcoming home near the beach, it was a great experience without a doubt.

The host was very friendly, despite a very late check-in, he was waiting for us . We received a welcome basket where he thought of important products for the first day of the stay. We received links with instructions on the Internet, codes, etc. It was amazing how we asked the host to book a table in a restaurant, even though he couldn't get through on the first day, he remembered And the next day he booked us a table for dinner . The neighborhood was beautiful, the view of the ocean, the pool , the peace , the two terraces . I highly recommend this place to everyone. Heart of coimbra. Cleaning lady come every week. View to street and other windows. locks are on electronic codes, they run on batteries - which was blessing when was country wide black out. I could still get inside. overall very good stay

We had a nice stay in Marcio's accomodation from where we explored the city of Coimbra. Can recommend this host!

The area is not very attractive, and from the outside the accommodation does not seem very nice, but in the apartment it is cozy and pleasant. Unfortunately, communication at check-out was a bit difficult due to poor accessibility, otherwise we were very satisfied.
