The house is very cozy, the area is quiet in general and you can breathe a good atmosphere. With the hosts we had a small inconvenience as a result of an unexpected event that occurred in the family and we requested a change of date to which they initially accessed but when we did it through airbnb they did not accept it and requested that we directly cancel the same, thus being exposed to the possibility of losing the money. Everything else is fine, the house is very clean and tidy. Tony, the guy who helps, excellent human, very attentive and willing.

Great location and beautiful villas. Villa 3 was most beautiful and perfect for my group of family members. The chefs were amazing and extremely nice and easy to work with. Only thing that sucked was first night power went out and no rooms has AC for a handful of hours so we didn’t get to rest much but other then that is 100% come here again!

Amazing house I recommend everyone to stay here , it’s very private and pool is amazing thanks again I will be back !

My family loved this house and had an excellent time staying here. The house itself was immaculate and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, from the spacious and cozy living areas to the well appointed bedrooms. The outdoor spaces, garden, stunning views, and the pool provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and fun. The home’s location allowed us to easily explore the beautiful beaches and natural wonders in the area. Sue and Steve, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. I can’t recommend this vacation home enough.

I thought Gustavo's place was beautiful! You can't beat the location, as you are literally right across the street from the famous Kite Beach. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Henri, who manages the property made my check-in really easy and even arranged a taxi for me from the airport. The entire staff made me feel very welcome and I really enjoyed the stunning roof top for morning workouts and sunshine! Great value for your money if you want a safe, comfortable, and scenic stay in Kite Beach.

Bamboo's condo is nicely decorated, bright and airy with large sliding glass windows that lead out to the side balcony and main balcony. The condo has an amazing view of the well kept gardens and ocean. The beautiful beach is just steps away with restaurants down to the right. The area is great for walking with Janet's grocery store as well as restaurants close by. Bamboo as well as the condo staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Great place to stay I highly recommend it. The place was very convenient close to everything the Malecón was only 5 mins away. Also very clean and plush apartment. We are 3 retired seniors who travel together. We really appreciated each having our own bedroom with a full bath for each. The apartment was clean and spacious with all the amenities we would need. It was located in a quiet area close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and stores. Iris was very good with explaining all about the property and the area. The shining star was property manager Roger who was both informative and extremely friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area. Thank you Iris and Roger.

Richard is a first class and superior host. He is responsive and effective and yet not intrusive. I cannot speak more highly of him. His cleaning staff Elena is excellent as well. We have booked for next year and look forward to our lovely winter home in 2026.
