Before we begin with the property, let's start with the host. Edwin is the consummate ambassador for staying in an airbnb property. i have never encountered a host who genuinely cared about my stay, how i felt about his property and my comfort therein. our conversation started via messaging a week Before I actually booked his property. every question I that I asked was answered promptly and 100% honestly. i know that airbnb imposes requirements upon owners.Well, let me tell you edwin Ticks all of the boxes. now for the property: it's located in a gated community with 24 hour security. You have double E-combo locks on his property. fantastic living space, a media room that I have never encountered in the DR. kitchen adequately stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Plenty of bathrooms Three bedrooms and the master has a balcony with a sitting area and a heated jacuzzi to die for! this guy did it right! and subsequently, I just rebooked this property for another stay!

Julius was extremely professional and helpful when it came to making sure the overall experience was smooth. This is the perfect location being so close to the strip but providing the safety of a gated community. The villa was very clean. Julius was also extremely easy to communicate with.

This is really a great offering. Very well equipped - a lot of attention has been paid to making sure everything that you would possibly require is provided. A was a bit disappointed that I only booked 2 nights. Very comfortable for 2 people and an ideal home-base for visiting Puerto Plata. I expected the location to be loud but it really wasn't. Even so, I was prepared to accept the noise in exchange for the convenience - so close to everything. Great restaurant offerings, a fairly complete grocery/corner store, pharmacy, the Malecon and the cathedral all very close by. Looking forward to retuning to this apartment.

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Perla Marina. The house was spacious, well taken care of and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. We didn't sped a great deal of time in the pool, but it was nice when we did. The property manager, Jose, was very helpful & responsive to any questions.

A shaded seating area features two wicker armchairs with red cushions and a hanging macrame swing. The space is surrounded by a wooden fence and overlooks a pool, with green grass mats leading up to the seating arrangement.

This home was a gem! Located in a great location about a block from the beach, lots of stores and supermarkets, great restaurants on the strip and nice nightlife, while still being quiet back at the home. The house is beautiful and was clean comfortable and very safe. Hosts were very attentive, welcoming and patient considering it was a bit last minute. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Puerto Plata.

Girls Trip!!! My friends and I had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Puerto Plata! From the moment I booked, the host, Evanuelsy, was incredibly responsive and genuinely cared about making sure our experience was perfect. Not only was the villa absolutely stunning, but the recommendations Evanuelsy provided made our trip even more special. The chef she recommended prepared some of the most seasoned meals we had on the trip, and the driver she arranged for us was so kind and accommodating, making our travel around the area smooth and enjoyable. While the roads leading to the villa are a bit bumpy (if you live in Ohio you would understand), it didn’t take away from the charm and beauty of the place – just make sure you have a good car to navigate the potholes! Evanuelsy truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. I can’t thank her enough for being such a thoughtful and caring host. If you’re considering a trip to Puerto Plata, I highly recommend her!

Perfect place to stay for a group. Host and manager were very accessible and quick to respond to any questions we had. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was good, a/c was on point, pool and bar area was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone i know.

Great place to stay. Incredible view. The apartment was as described and clean. Nice towels and bedding. Just inside a busy normal, Dominican neighborhood but the complex was fenced off and gated. We felt safe. I would stay here again. Great communication from the host.

Lucy is a fantastic host! The villa is gorgeous- both indoor and outdoor spaces were beautiful, functional and well used by our group! It was a quick and scenic 10 minute walk to the beach. The Green One section of the beach was very quiet and hardly had guests unlike the rest of the beachfront. This place is a must stay and we will be back!

Our stay at Tracey's villa was wonderful!! The place and stay was better than the pictures. I would definitely recommend this villa and definitely be back soon.

Jonathan was a great host. He was on site to help with anything we needed. The resort was beautiful with many amenities. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to fully experience everything so I would recommend at least 5-7 days.

Stayed here with my family and we enjoyed the house very much. The scenery during the day and night time is beautiful. At night you feel a nice breeze. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi at night as well because we got the option to heat them up. The beaches are 15-20 minutes away driving. Sosua beach was our favorite in that area. Host was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend anyone to stay in this lovely home.
