Monthly Rentals in Cocklehill

We had a lovely stay. The home is well-appointed, extremely comfortable, and close to village. Adrienne thoughtfully left us welcome goodies and lots of local pamphlets for things to do/war/explore. Check-in/out was simple and convenient. Adrienne was super responsive to all inquiries and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. Blackrock is charming with shops and restaurants within walking distance. We wholeheartedly and highly recommend this location/host.

Beautiful place to stay, nicely furnished and amazing host. No issues from start to finish for the 2 weeks I stayed. Couldn’t recommend more.

Thanks Brigitte for a fantastic stay in your granny flat. It was perfect! I really enjoyed my time there. It was extremely comfortable, warm & well equipped for my week there. I felt very safe and right at home. Thanks too for the food & drinks you left on my arrival. What an unexpected surprise. It meant I could relax as soon as I walked in, without having to rush out to buy supplies. Very thoughtful of you. I would highly recommend Brigitte's place and plan to return one day. Bridal parties look no further!!! The hosts (Louise & Eamon) could have not been more gracious! Coming from the perspective of a bride getting married in Darver Castle & needing somewhere to stay, regroup & relax with my bridal party the night before my wedding, this accommodation ticks every single box. From the time I booked the accommodation right through to leaving for the ceremony, I was treated like royalty. I was lucky enough to be the first bride to book as it’s a relatively new to Airbnb. Some highlights for me are: A glass mezzanine room with views of the sea in the distance (perfect for makeup & photography), scones on arrival, stunning decorated rooms & a beautiful continental breakfast the morning of the wedding. The gardens around the house were so beautifully kept and made for some great outdoor photos also. Could not have asked for a more unique & enjoyable experience. So thankful to have come across this absolute gem!
