Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cocanha Beach

We had a great stay, the apartment is great, as are the photos. I highly recommend it, we stayed 4 nights, but I would like to stay a month, we really felt at home.

We had a great stay at the apartment, which met our needs as advertised. The apartment has a well-equipped and functional kitchen (balcony and indoor). The condominium is spacious, has a large and very nice swimming pool, provides the ice to take things to the beach. Sander was attentive and answered all my questions. He allowed me to take my yourshire. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is great. Thank you!!

Wellington was very friendly, clear and quick in exchanging messages. The apartment is in a location close to Toninhas beach. It has a good structure (furniture is new) and meets all needs well. Air-Conditioning and a ceiling fan are differentials when it comes to the beach and the heat. Ease of both check-in and check-out. Recommended!

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

The house is perfect, very airy and spacious Condominium with all the infrastructure, fitness center, swimming pools, sauna One of the amenities offered that made the difference were the beach chairs and umbrellas, the staff who put them in the place the guest indicates, everything perfect! The impeccable house has everything in the smallest detail, very beautiful and comfortable, just a little smell of mold , due to being closed and because it has a lot of wood, but nothing that discourses, the property is perfect, beautiful decor, has all utensils , impeccable cleaning, everything for a perfect stay, I felt at home. The condominium is wonderful, as well as beautiful with incredible vegetation, delicious pools. You have to drive to the concierge and leave it there so you can go to the beach, as the house is far away. But from the concierge to the beach about 100m, with beach service, polite and gentle staff. The location of the house is in the best point of the beach , busiest, but for night trips we had to drive, about 2 km away . We love and we will return more often, Note 10!!!!

The place is cozy, beautiful condominium, very nature, with great swimming pools and leisure area. Full house identical to the listing. It is right in front of the entrance 1 of the beach of Maresias, very well located. In addition, Wilder a lot of good people and I request, responding quickly. We spent a wonderful family weekend.

I and my family loved the place. After 14hrs of road due to traffic, all we wanted was for the house to be perfect. More than compensated, everything working perfectly, the house looks like a movie mansion. The noise of the river, the peace of the place and the quiet neighborhood improved what was already perfect. I recommend and sure if you ever return to Maranduba, it will be in this paradise.

The house is excellent, extremely clean, exactly as shown in the photos, very well-used space and daily cleaning of the pool. For those who like to escape the hustle and bustle, and a more reserved place, it is the perfect location (Moreira's corner). The host was very helpful and answered us quickly, clearing up all doubts, I will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful place to go with the family, especially for those who have small children. Christianne is very attentive and helpful. Replies quickly and always very solicitous. Very well equiped house, with new paintings and very close to the beach. All-equipped barbecue space, with shower on the side. We will definitely come back more often.

Excellent stay! The apartment is super cozy, well decorated and made us feel right at home from the first moment. In addition, the location is simply perfect, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I also could not fail to praise the host's attention and willingness throughout the stay. That was thoughtful and helpful! It was certainly a very positive experience and we hope to return soon.

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

It had already gone again to Caragua, but this weekend was incredible, thanks to the host Sérgio, who contributed to making everything perfect, starting with the cozy, clean and spacious apartment, with a balcony overlooking the sea (praianha) and condominium pool. Nearby Super Market, the beach looked more like a great natural pool for children, me and my family had a lot of fun, kayaking, banana boout, we went to the alligator stone,everything close, we didn't use the car for nothing. We'll be back for sure and we've already left planning a next one,and we've already indicated it to some friends .

The accommodation is excellent. It is located on the most popular beach in Ubatuba, has all the utensils for a comfortable stay. The host is very polite, explains all the steps for hosting, gave tips about the city. The condominium has several attractions for those who stay there. I recommend the accommodation and hope to return on another occasion.

Although we were unlucky to get a lot of rain in the city, what comforted us was that we felt welcomed and very comfortable inside the apartment, which had all the items described, in addition to a well-equipped kitchen.
