The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

Great stay! Marcos is a very helpful host and responds promptly. The house has the warmth of grandma's houses, great barbecue, swimming pool, close to the markets and very quiet neighborhood. We discovered many beaches and tours around and Marcos indicated many others as well. There are still places to visit in the city of Ubatuba and we will stay with Marcos again to see them. You can go easy! Great stay.

We had an amazing weekend at Ilhabela and Rafael’s place was stunning. It’s in great location, easily walkable to the restaurants. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend holidays at Ilhabela stay at his place

I highly recommend it! We went as three couples, we were very comfortable and had no issues at all. And best of all, it's close to the beach.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos - and the plus is that the air-conditioning, despite being old as shown in the photos, works very well, we were even cold on the first night. The house comfortably accommodates 13 people and is very well equipped with various dishes, cutlery, pots, airfryer, microwave, etc. The entire barbecue area is wonderful and clean. In addition to the game "room" being very nice. There is a market, bakery and pharmacy nearby - a 15-minute walk and the nearest beach is a 5-minute walk. The hosts answered all our questions super fast and extended our check out from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. so we could enjoy Caragua a little more. EVERYTHING was amazing!!

Very nice apartment, new and well equipped, good mattresses, super comfortable sofa, large TVs, air-conditioning in all rooms, beautiful and functional furniture and decorations. Good shower, but sometimes during the shower, you had to turn the gas system off and on again to reheat.

Catherine was very attentive and requests! The property is perfect, comfortable and modern, recently renovated. The condominium is sensational, it has an indescribable view, simply wonderful! I highly recommend it!

The chalet is more complete than in the photos and description, located in a very quiet street, a bakery where the owner went to Ana Maria Braga just on the corner and also a pharmacy, very clean and organized, we like it!

I looooved this place and we will definitely be back more often, I felt like I was at home. Fully equipped kitchen, everything clean and the condominium is charming, very green barbecue area and the pool is clean, close to beautiful places, all the tours we did were on foot (we don't need to get around by car) Marcos and his wife are very attentive, they gave us tips on places to visit. Anyway, EVERYTHING WAS IMPECCABLE, our trip could not have been better.

The apartment perfectly met the expectations of the listing. The location is excellent, with a great market nearby and very close to the beaches I wanted to visit in Ubatuba (unfortunately, Lazaro Beach was unfit for bathing during my stay). The rooftop view of the sunrise in front of the Marina was one of the highlights of the trip — simply amazing! As a suggestion for improvement, I found the entry system a little confusing with the virtual keys accessed by link. It was necessary to open the Airbnb chat and search for the link whenever you needed to enter, which was not so practical, especially the first time. Also, the building's swimming pool could have heating, as outside of the summer season it is difficult to enjoy it. Overall, the stay was great and we are grateful to hosts for their receptivity!

I stayed in chalet 27 with my wife for a few days and we just love the experience! The place was impeccable: very clean, well organized and with all the items we needed for a comfortable stay. You can see the care and affection in every detail. It was perfect for a time for two, my wife and I felt at home. We definitely recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

The home was great, and it was close to where guests were going to work. the hosts were very helpful. It was all great and we intend to use the listing more often.

We like the house. It was perfect for 3 couples and one child. We spend a lot of time in the backyard where there is the pool, which is beautiful and clean. We liked the Enseada beach for a family (with a child) more because it is much more organized, however, you have to go by car. Thank you for the stay! I love it!
