We had lovely stay in Rachel's cottage, very private, far from cities and surrounded by only fields with sheeps and farm animals:). Cottage was warm enough, very comfortable, clean and it provided us everything we needed! The location is great for trips and hikes to Eryri national park (approx. 40 min to the heart of National park) and very close to coast with beautiful beaches and castles (approx. 45 min to south)! We would love to get back very soon in the future and explore the rest of the Nothern Wales. Thank you!

Ty-Gwyn Cottage

We had a lovely 4 night stay in this very secluded comfortable house. It is very well placed for visiting the castles nearby at Carmarthen, Conwy, Beaumaris and Harlech. Sadly we didn't have time to visit Snowdon or Zip World but it would be great for that too. A couple of things to bear in mind, there is a question as to the drinkability of the tap water so may be best to bring some bottled water and beware the long driveway up which is very narrow with foliage either side, and is not tarmacced so definitely not a track for a low slung sports car! The place is very well equipped with lovely proportioned rooms and if you don't mind being a bit off the beaten track (15 minute drive to the nearest shop) this is a great choice and I thoroughly recommend it.

Cwt and Bugail

We had such a lovely stay at the shepherds hut. Peaceful, quiet and private - it is the perfect getaway to relax. Christine & Pete were helpful hosts, welcoming us with a yummy cream tea (thank you). The hut was warm and cosy, had all the cooking amenities that we needed for our stay, and the view over the countryside and sea is beautiful. The property was easy to find with the sat nav and easy to park too. Great walks on your doorstep including Bwlch Mawr and not too far from local amenities. We found this place a great base for day trips out to Anglesey and Portmeirion.
