We always stay with Gill when we’re over in Bedford visiting our family. Her place is convenient, homely and ideal for us, and is great value for money. Gill is so lovely and welcoming, and she even brought down books and toys for our daughter, and left an Easter egg and bunny for her on the Sunday. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town, thanks Gill!

Emma and her Mum Clare are great hosts and made us very welcome. We spent 5 days at this beautiful property. It’s situated in the extensive grounds of the main house but is very private and peaceful. Our first stay here but it certainly won't be our last. Lovely private accomodation,ideal for two with easy parking Everything you could need for your stay. well maintained with quality furniture and spotlessly clean. Easy walk through the woods into Ampthill with selection shops, Waitrose and good choice of places to eat.

From booking to arriving, our stay was brilliant. The access on arrival was exactly as they had said it would be. The space was exactly as described, very tidy and perfect for our family of four. We had everything we needed and more. Beautiful jam and marmalade left for us, along with milk, crumpets and plenty of tea and coffee! My children loved rooting through the toys and books that were there for them to use and I had a great time trying to explain to them what a cd player was! Dennis and Kiyomi had no problem with us having family over on our first evening and also didn’t mind my children playing on their trampoline. I can’t fault them as hosts at all and their place is a great stay. Thanks so much.
