Monthly Rentals in Clichy

The loft is absolutely amazing! Well equipped, very comfortable and ina priviledged neighboorhood, close to local restaurants and grocery stores. The place is 15 away from Porte de Clichy metro station, what makes really easy go get anywhere in Paris. Highly recommended!

Apartment as described, good location (7 min from the metro), and close to many shops. Very good communication with Inès before and during our stay. It went very well. I recommend it!

We stayed here for 2.5 months and the location of the apartment was excellent. The modern Line 14 Metro is a short walk away, and there are multiple bus lines just outside the building. There is a boulangerie next door and the post office is around the corner; several grocery stores and markets are within close proximity; multiple parks are nearby, in addition to restaurants and the like. As for the apartment itself, it was quite accommodating for my partner and I. The host was very communicative, accommodating, and flexible to our needs. It is located four flights of stairs above (top floor) and there's no elevator service. This was actually a blessing since it helped burn off all the croissants we ate during our time here. There are occasionally some unpleasant odors emitted from the stairway, but that is to no fault of the host (it's an older building with several restaurant businesses operating below). Overall, an excellent Airbnb for the price and location.

We were very pleased. Communication with Randa was easy and fast. The train station is right next to it, there is a good connection. Although the trains run right outside the window, they don't bother at night, even with the window open. There are shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is very cozy and nicely furnished. All in all very satisfactory.
