Our 42m² accommodation is ideal for your stay in Paris. Quiet, bright, fully equipped, renovated, and clean, our accommodation will suit you perfectly. The bed and the two sofa beds are very comfortable. Wonderful, for a good night's sleep in clean, quality bedding. Two large, mobile and silent remote-controlled fans are available, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room with its two sofa beds. Apartment on the 5th floor WITHOUT elevator.

on the sixth floor, elevator, overlooking a very quiet courtyard. Refurbished. Very "safe" (especially if you are a woman). I live in the building. Ideal for exploring the city of Paris, but also our very Parisian and very friendly neighborhood. Lots of small shops and transport. I am David and I rent a nice flat in a quiet building. Flat is in the courtyard, 1st floor, and is very peaceful. It is 25m2, very conveniant and well equipped. it is 8min walk from porte de Clichy station with lines 14, 13, RER C and tram. So it s about 20minutes from the main spots in Paris. It is very conveniant with many restaurant, bars, supermarkets in the area. You will enjoy your stay:).
