Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Outbuilding: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (handicap standards) 2400 m2 plot (possibility of 8 beds in double beds), plus 1 90 cm bed and 1 umbrella bed. The garden is shared with us My place is close to Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Center Parc... You'll love my place because of the outdoors, the ambiance, and the location. Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Totally independent, the 25 m2 bedroom offers a shower room, separate toilet. We have created a small cozy but rustic nest for you, with a little Moroccan and country spirit. Soizic makes her own bread, yogurts, jams and compotes. Breakfast is served in the room or in the garden on sunny days. We also welcome our equine friends, paddock with shelters or fields.

Sensitive to Heritage and ecology, we had to try different recipes for plasters, paints and tips that we will be happy to share with you if you wish.
