Great stay. The place is very comfortable, quiet and also clean. Kitchen is spacious and has all one needs to make a quick breakfast or light lunch. We loved our walks DT.

We enjoyed our stay at the mint house. This was a perfect spot to visit our family. We never used our car as everything was within walking distance. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area with comfortable seating and the patio area off the living was a quiet spot to enjoy coffee and read.

Amelia is a super host! She was always responsive, before and during our stay with clear communication about everything. She provided flexibility on check-in and check-out. The condo is about a 5 minute drive to Clemson's campus, which made it the perfect location for us to visit our son there and attend a football game. It was exactly as described/ pictured, squeaky clean, nicely updated, and quiet (on the 3rd floor). It is located in an older complex, but inside the condo has been completely updated with brand new flooring, bathrooms, countertops, appliances, etc. TVs are in every room, but you will probably not want to stay inside much....it's on the lake! We didn't get down to the lake, but we could see the lake from the balcony of the condo. Parking was always available all weekend, directly in front. Everything we could have possibly needed was there, and it was in places we would expect to find it! We are already picking dates to go back to this AirBNB! Thank you, Amelia!

Very clean and well taken care of. The hosts provided plenty of essentials for their guest. My only complaint would be the very thin walls between each unit. Conversations and early morning alarms will be heard. Overall, great place!!

Love Clemson and fishing was excellent

The place was just as described! Beds were comfortable and place was very clean. Linton Realty was very responsive and helpful (esp when we locked ourselves out!) The condo was in a nice quiet area with lots to do. Highly recommend!!!!

This condo is excellent! It is on the ground floor of the building and therefore has very easy access for luggage, groceries, etc. There are four comfortable bedrooms, each having a private bath. The living area is very comfortable and the kitchen is small but functional and well equipped. The location - about 1 1/2 mile from Tiger Blvd and maybe 2 1/2 miles into downtown Clemson makes it convenient for dining and entertainment. The condo was very clean and very well orgainzed, and Rochelle was very responsive as the owner/host. I would gladly rent this home again.

Glen’s place was perfect! Instructions for the house were very clear and helpful. Close to the lake and surrounded by a bunch of great amenities. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful location. Highly recommend a stay at Glen’s.

Our family enjoyed our time at Leslie’s place. Perfect location for our family trip for Clemson graduation. We had enough space and the ground floor made it perfect for the older folks. Strongly recommend staying here if visiting Clemson for any reason. If you have a specific bed requirement, you should note both the mattress and pillows were very soft. As someone who prefers a sturdier pillow and firmer mattress, I did end up using a different pillow my daughter brought us from her apartment. Outside of that I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Would 100% stay here again. Leslie is lovely.

My husband and I stayed at the Lake side Keowee Condo the last week of August. The condo looks exactly like to pictures. Kitchen was beautiful and had all that you would need. There are 2 master bedrooms. One is an ensuite with sliding doors to a small balcony that had a table and chairs. You could see the lake from the balcony . We would have breakfast out here in the morning. The living room had beautiful bay windows which also had lake view. There is a large cabinet in the living room that was stocked with games. The living room also has 2 sets of bunk beds that were like Murphy beds and folded up. We were only 2 people but condo could easily accommodate 10 people. You could walk to the pool but the beach you needed to drive to. Keowee Key is a beautiful community. It was very quiet the week we were there but we were fine with that as we were looking for peaceful few days. We did not play golf but course looked beautiful. There is also a restaurant on property

The condo was absolutely spotless. Beds and linens were amazingly comfortable. Kitchen was designed well which made preparing meals so easy. We all loved how bright the condo was and the view it offered. The grounds were well maintained. We enjoyed the walking trail and the nice large pool. We also took advantage of the pickle ball courts. We went just for a long weekend but my family will definitely consider this condo for a week long vacation.

I really loved the decor throughout and the kitchen was perfectly laid out which made meal time easy. The location is a really pretty spot and we even had Thanksgiving at the club! I would definitely go back again.

We recently stayed at Melanie’s home for graduation at Clemson, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is exactly as pictured—beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The location was ideal, and Melanie has gone above and beyond by stocking the home with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. She was very responsive and helpful throughout. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home that fit our family’s needs perfectly.

We originally booked in Clemson near our student, but had to leave due to an unexpected issue at the apartment. The property management quickly switched us to an available option in nearby Seneca and we ended up in a wonderful, very spacious house, comfortable and clean. We had everything we could wish for and enjoyed the luxurious master bath, very-well stocked kitchen and the gym! The house is surrounded by lovely oaks and the area is peaceful and quiet. We stayed over a week and felt very well rested when we left. The management went out of their way accommodating us.

Alison had great communication and was kind enough to let us check in early. We enjoyed the back patio, very peaceful. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. I recommend Alison’s place if you’re in the area.

Danny's home is very beautiful and spacious. Eight of us slept comfortable. Love the outside dock, feels like you are in the woods. Our stay was great except the neighbor on the other side of the woods has a dog that is very vocal!! Other than the dog barking I couldn't have ask for a better place for all of us to stay.

Spent a night in SC for an event and wanted a fun place to relax beforehand. This was a lovely stay to do just that. The communication from the host was very clear and responsive. The space was clean and comfortable. The largest benefit was the yard with the pool and fire pit amenities. Nice weather and some snacks is all you need to have a great time here!

Anna’s place was a wonderful stay, definitely would recommend. Felt right at home and very clean. Very spacious and very close to the lake, peaceful and enjoyable place to stay at.

What a beautiful getaway. Justin & Victoria thought of every little detail down to the snack basket and s’mores sticks for the fire pit. Our family truly enjoyed our time at Trailside Retreat - from lots of rides on the bike trail to playing in the backyard and minutes away from awesome food and local parks for the kids. We couldn’t have chose a better place to stay and already planning our next trip back!

Zach was amazing, he was very respectful and helped with anything needed. His house was so cozy and the perfect get away to take a breath and relax. The pool is amazing and the staff is all friendly. Our family had a great time.

Your home was perfect for an extended weekend stay. We wanted the amenities for Greenville without the city hustle and bustle. The home is beautiful and allowed plenty of spaces for those ranging in age from 21 months to 72. Love the separation of the master suite from the main living area. Should I ever build a new home I would love having the floor plan of this wonderful home. We prepared some meals in and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped to meet our needs. Traveling with 3 toddlers we loved being able to utilize the laundry room. (it is so aesthetically pleasing that I didn't mind doing laundry). Thank you for such a great listing.
