The annexe which is self contained is fully fitted out for four guests.It has a modern interior and is a new building (3yrs old). We live in a small pretty village with historical roots going back to Robert the Bruce.We are very central and 20 minutes from motorway taking you to Edinburgh (45mins).Perth (30mins) St Andrews(40mins).A great local hotel within 150 mts.Keen walkers can walk up the local Lomond hills and get wonderful views over Loch Leven.The gliding centre is 500 mts.Lots to do.

We immediately felt at home at Kevin's place. We love the Edwardian style. The flat is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. It was lovely to open the back door to the garden and watch the pigeon that's nesting in the tree close to the house.

Close to the nearby town and really good food selection. Katie was really great to communicate with as really helpful and informative with any queries. Wow! The photos looked amazing when we booked but nothing prepares you for the reality of just how beautiful the views are from the property. The house itself was terrific - it was spotless throughout and had everything you could ask for, it really felt like a home away from home. The gardens were beautiful and well thought out and the hot tub was placed exactly right to take in the views. Dave greeted us and gave us some local recommendation’s, both Lynsay and Dave were lovely and so helpful. I couldn’t fault The Edge and will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The location was fantastic for what we needed, we travelled to Dunfermline for a wedding. Great accommodation with shops in walking distance. I requested a high chair and travel cot, I asked if the travel cot included a mattress which I didn’t receive a reply to so I ended up taking our own travel cot, the high chair was not provided which wasn’t a huge issue but we ate in the apartment on the first night so our baby had to sit on our knee to eat food with us. The apartment was lovely and very modern but could just do with a little deep clean, there was a lot of dust including some in the draws in the smaller room also the floors where not cleaned properly with hairs on the floor in the bathroom. We requested earlier check in as we travelled around 6 hours in total but we wasn’t allowed to enter any earlier so I thought the apartment would have been cleaner. The drain in the en-suite did not drain water very well and sofa wasn’t the comfiest. Overall was a nice stay though

Wow! This stay was truly perfect for our family of 11. The home was beyond our expectations. The pictures truly don’t do the home or the surrounding areas justice. The grounds were perfectly manicured, the home was spacious and beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Shona was an excellent host. She provided clear instructions and so many helpful suggestions. Our trip was beyond beautiful. We had the privilege of traveling to many parts of the country. We felt the home was in the perfect location to see as much as the country as possible. The home was a short 10 minute drive from the grocery store and also, had a delicious restaurant nearby. If you’re considering staying here, I would highly suggest it. It was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at.
