Morgan was great at hosting and quickly responded to questions during our stay. The house is well furnished with modern appliances, excellent kitchen, bathrooms, fenced back yard for taking the dogs out, and bed linens are top quality. Very comfortable stay. Too bad the lake effect storm moved in so we had to leave a day early to get ahead of the storm we would be driving through. Informed Morgan and she offered a little discount for our inconvenience. All in all it was a very good experience.

This was such a phenomenal place to stay. The access to the river was lovely, and the entire house had so many great touches and details. The kitchen is very well stocked, beds and pillows so so comfortable. Location was fantastic and close to everything you need. I will definitely be back to stay here again !

Came down for a rugby tournament with a group from Kingston ON. This spot was spacious, clean, very nice and up to date. No issues at all! Would love to come back in the summer once the weather is nicer to enjoy the beautiful yard set up they had.

Absolutely beautiful place. Pictures don't justify how amazing it looks. The grill outside was amazing to have a cookout. Loved waking up and being able to walk downstairs to the coffee bar it's just like a mini Tim Hortons. The upstairs bedrooms balcony is perfect to go out and play some music and enjoy the beautiful nature we were able to watch deer walk around the backyard which was pretty neat. We loved being able to walk right into the house and just immediately smell the natural wood. Very cute and cozy home for anyone looking to get away. If your a nature person it is perfect for you there are so many parks and gorg's we found and were able to walk around and enjoy being away from our personal lives. The host was very quick at texting back if we needed anything and was so beyond respectful and very helpful! Would strongly recommend to anyone. Very affordable and the best experience I've had on Airbnb!

I'll admit, based on the reviews our expectations were high. They were exceeded in nearly every facet of our stay. We desperately needed ( election fatigue) to get away and have a week of peace, quiet, and serenity. Danielle and Jorden's home was perfect. there was not one single time while staying there that we looked for something that didn't exist. The bathrooms and kitchen are fabulous, and all are very well appointed. The radiant floors in the ensuite bath were a nice touch. The location is ideal, you are right on the lake with wonderful views from both inside and out, and despite having neighbors, it feels incredibly private. We had one small mechanical issue which Danielle took care of immediately. they were a pleasure to speak with, and their response time was always nearly immediate. The locals were incredibly friendly, the supermarket is just across the lake, and there's a nice dog park for those bringing their fur babies. We look forward to a returning to this ideal spot.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Jay’s Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Julie sent us the cottage address and more information well in advance of our arrival. She was friendly and even though she lives close by we couldn't see her house and she gave us total privacy. The hot tub was so amazing and secluded. The house was warm and clean. Very quiet location. We will definitely visit again! Thank you Julie!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous lakeside home. It was beautifully decorated and clean, with great facilities (firepit, hot tub, games room, pedalo), a well-equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. Also a lovely, quiet location, but not too far from Kingston. We'd definitely come back again.

This was our third stay at Sami's place. Their place is well located, clean, in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is lovely. Lots of space. Comfy beds. Very clean. The little "extras" of drinks in the fridge, tea and coffee, make settling in easy. We stay here with a small child and it's just great for a family, lots of room.

I've stayed here a few times when in Watertown for work, once for a few months stay. It is my top choice over 2 other AirBnBs I have rented in the area. It is a great size for 1-2 people, dog friendly, quiet and peaceful. It is very close to Thompson Park, which is enjoyable to visit year round.

I stayed for a little over a week because I needed a 'home-away-from-home' in/near Kingston. The house had everything I needed, and the proximity to the Glenburnie Grocery was a perk! Sherry and Denis were great hosts; they made sure I was comfortable and answered any question quickly.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

Ji was very responsive and helpful every time we contacted her. We noticed one item missing and they brought it to us within an hour. Overall she is very friendly and ready to help whenever we asked her for information. We had a great stay at their place and do not hesitate to refer it to whoever wants a stay in Kingston. I can’t express how amazing this place was. There were signs made up all around the house to answer any questions you may have. I reached out to our hosts mid stay and got a response immediately. They even reached out to give us a heads up about possible power outages (we did not lose power). But I truly appreciated them reaching out as we were out at a wedding.

The house and grounds were great, Such a wonderful find for a weekend getaway. Gillian med us upon our arrival and gave us a third walk-through of the property. A very kind and welcoming host. There was an incredible amount of space in this country ranch, both indoors and out. A hot tub was clean and large enough for my group to hang out, picnic tables outside, made for a good barbecue. It was such a short trip to downtown Alexandria Bay, five minutes, it really was a great place to be right next to the heart of it all well not being stuck the rest of the visitors. We all look forward to looking this place again and enjoying the thousand islands

This airbnb was very spacious and fun. We held my bachelorette weekend get away here with my bridesmaids. Helen was very responsive to our messages and made our stay a breeze. The pool is very clean and the rooms are great size. The dinning room and living room was a great set up for game night! this airbnb is about 20 minutes from awesome spots at Alexandra Bay.

Wow, what a gorgeous place!! The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and peaceful the setting is and how unique and interesting the cottage is. We loved everything about it, and we spent hours just sitting on the balcony watching local boat traffic as well as giant tankers and freighters go by. It's an easy walk into Alex Bay and a short drive to Clayton where there's a better selection of restaurants.
