Front door entrance shares an entry way with 228 unit (hosts residence when in the area).

It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

One queen sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, TV, wifi, table & chairs. Alexandria Bay is 1.5 miles away. This is a No Smoking property, there is a $500.00 fee for smoking on our property. No children under 18. Boat dockage is not available. Sorry no motorcycles. Seasonal rentals from June 1st to September 30th.
