We really enjoyed our stay at Tyler's place. The location was convenient. We walked to the waterfront (boat and kayaking tours). The neighborhood is comprised of many historic homes and churches, fun just to walk around. Apartment is just off the main drag but quiet. Also very spacious and clean. Kitchen was well fitted out for cooking (grocery store just down the street). Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed for a great stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Earlview! Marc was so very welcoming, the unit was spotless, cozy and stocked with everything EE might need and more! He also provided us with excellent recommendations for dining and other fun things to see and do. The location was walking distance to the historic downtown and many wonderful cafes, great restaurants, art shops, the waterfront and parks. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb and hope to return to Earlview!

Jerry and Cindy were so gracious when I needed to adjust my reservation for my stay. I was coming up for a quick trip to conduct the area all state choir, and just needed two nights somewhere peaceful. It was 4 minutes from the high school and worked out amazing! It was so incredibly beautiful, comfortable, clean, and exactly the place I needed to crash from the busy rehearsal schedule. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the unit and the bed and couch were extra comfy! I highly recommend this beautiful spot.

Rory’s place is the entire main living area of a house, it’s been meticulously renovated and is like a sanctuary. It’s very close to a massive park, has everything you could want for a getaway or to create those special family vacation memories! You’ve really got to see this place to appreciate it! Rory is also a top notch host, communicates quickly and legitimately cares! Amazing value!

Larry was a fantastic host. The space was outstanding, comfortable accommodations in ALL regards. My wife, son and I were passing through Watertown on our way to a wedding and it was the perfect space for R and R. Quiet, cozy, peaceful, and overall a beautifully maintained home. It’s very obvious he cares deeply, not only about his property but also his guests and their needs. Will definitely return if we are in the area again! Thank you Larry!

The place was super cute and homey! The aesthetic was adorable, and all of the appliances were spankin new and clean. The Murphy bed was cozy and the home theater was awesome. I loved that you can heat the recliner and the massage setting was nice as well. Vanessa was very responsive and helpful to answer any questions we had about the place! The process of checking in and out was easy and straightforward. A lovely little place to stay overall. 😊

The location was great for me since I have some land within 5 minutes of his place. Everything was especially clean and really over and above what I needed. I will stay hear again in the future.

This Airbnb is a great alternative to a hotel room when visiting Kingston. The location is close walking distance to the waterfront and many wonderful shops and restaurants. The property was as described, well equipped, clean and tidy. The local recommendations were an added bonus and we would stay again!

Beautiful art and very clean. There was a lot of noise Friday night because there were lots of hells Angels hanging out right outside. Don’t know what that was about. Great beds and accommodation

The apartment is lovely and very tasteful! It looks just like the photos. It is mid-town and very quiet but still close enough for me to walk from downtown (the weather was really nice). There was a back deck to relax and have morning coffee and a friendly dog who came to say hi!

Suzanne was super accommodating and went above and beyond to get us an early check in . Check in was very easy and the location is fantastic .

Great furnished little place to stay. Ideal for us to wash and dry laundry briefly on a road trip. Had everything needed and Scott was easy to reach. Anytime again!

Ideal location in walking distance to restaurants, harbour and tourist attractions. Condo was clean, spacious and contained all amenities. As a bonus it has a beautiful rooftop terrace. We all had a wonderful stay.

this was exactly as listed, and we are very happy with it! we travel for work so we needed something nice and affordable! it was a bonus we were able to bring our dog! next time we work in kingston, I will definitely be trying to book this again!

You can’t go wrong staying at this lovely Bnb! So comfortable and had everything we needed. Super quiet and smack dab right in the middle of everything! Waking up to see City Hall out of our bedroom window was awesome. Beside all of that? Sid is an awesome, warm and kind man! We opened a new store in Kingston and he dropped in and supported us by buying a gift certificate. Can’t say enough about the whole experience! Fantastic!

We had a relaxing stay . Sid met us at front door and even though it was on the second floor Sid carried my bags upstairs for me . On Sid’s recommendation we went straight to a lovely Italian restaurant across road . The kitchen was very good and stove easy to manage . Bath towels lovely and soft with a beautiful smell. We had a great time at this big house, a beautiful location with a great view, and we were able to see different animals, the kids were happy. Close to cruises to the 1000 islands and hiking trails in Charleston Park, a real change of scenery. A big thank you to our host Gregory for his kindness, hospitality and advice . I recommend it .

Very cozy, clean and comfortable apartment. It was a perfect “home away from home” as we celebrated the holiday with family nearby. The host was flexible, courteous, communicative and friendly. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant. This couldn’t have been better. We’ll definitely be back!

From the very first interaction with Sid, he was very responsive, courteous and professional. He gave very comprehensive guidelines which we found quite helpful. We booked a few weeks before the date. Sid sent us a reminder coming closer to the date which we welcomed. The place was easy to find. Parking was easy. When we arrived, he was there waiting to greet us. He personally gave us a tour of the place. He was very engaging and answered all of our questions. He has a carefully crafted guidebook at the flat- loaded with history and many amazing recommendations of all that Kingston had to offer! The flat itself is like home away from home-clean and very thoughtfully organized .The layout and all the things he placed there made it easy to get comfortable. The location is ideal- it's downtown, close to the waterfront and close to all the great restaurants. It's a 10/10 from us. We highly recommend and have found our home away from home in Kingston for future visits!
