Gem of a place! Very unique house in a prime location for exploring the derbyshire dales or the peak district. I couldn’t recommend this stay more!

Nice relaxing stay . Very clean and quiet . Good location to visit local attractions which we did such as Matlock , Bakewell And Lumsdale waterfalls . Lots of places to walk and relax .

We enjoyed our stay here, the room was just as it was described and pictured online. Julie was great, she greeted us on arrival and welcomed us warmly. She was informative on the history of the building and the farm. We also got a complimentary hot drink from the farm shop/tea room restaurant.

Exactly as advertised and squeaky clean. A nice quiet place to rest when visiting Chesterfield and Chatsworth. Linda provided everything you could want for breakfast.
