The home is in a great location! Close to a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and only a short ride to downtown Kansas City. The home itself was great as well. Overall, great!

Such a lovely and comfortable place to stay! Nice quiet neighborhood, but close to lots of restaurants, shopping, etc and only a 20 minute drive from downtown KC. It was super clean and really felt just like a home. I would stay here again for sure.

Cute and cozy home - easy to get to and from the highway!

Absolute gem of a place. Very clean throughout, nice comfortable beds and pillows, and everything you need for toiletries and kitchenware. The location is perfect and makes it easy to get around KC. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a great public park 3 blocks away. The hosts were very responsive to any questions i had, and graciously accommodated a special request, which i appreciate. I will most definitely stay here again!

This older remodeled small home was very comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. To note, however, one of the beds is very tall and as a 5'2" person, I could not get up in it. There isn't a television in the bedroom as pictured but the tv in living room is huge. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

I can’t get over how clean this place was for me! I felt safe at this location. There were snacks upon my arrival, hot water with good pressure and on top of everything, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I only stayed at this location for one night.

Nice place to stay. Clean and bright, doesn’t feel like a basement. Great people. It’s walking distance to the church and temple, if that’s your thing!

I really enjoyed my stay with Rob. The loft was everything it said to be in the description felt right at home and was actually quite relaxing.

You CANNOT beat the location for the price. Overall this rental was exactly what we were looking for as far as being close to the river market but having a kitchen and try and save a bit instead of a hotel. We had some issues with cleanliness but they weren’t egregious and I got the impression that it was likely an accidental miss by the cleaners. A few things to note: the building is historic and not only are there stairs plentiful but they are steep and a little uneven. It was fine (if a workout) but if you have any mobility issues at all, friend this one isn’t for you. Also, the building is primarily an office building and directly below is an office that had people working at 9am on Saturday and when I say that I could hear every word they said from my bed I am not exaggerating but ironically the street was super quiet most of the time. Lastly, either ask for extra towels or bring your own bc they give you a minimum and no toiletries. For the money it was ultimately great for us!

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

The condo was lovely! We were thankful for all the cozy blankets as the weather was chillier than we anticipated. The beds were comfy and the futons/pullout couch were sufficient. DoorDash & UberEats found the condo with no trouble at all. I recommend bringing an eye mask to sleep with if you are in the king room - the outside lights are really bright. Shing-Haw was always quick to respond. This condo was a great experience for our budget!

Our family (5 adults and a toddler) stayed at The Loft while attending a family wedding. We loved the location and the walkable area. There was so much going on in this cute town! Our favorite hangout was the huge window seat where we could look at the art deco Hall of Water and the people walking by!

Stayed here with family for a couple nights. Good location as close to airport and near to old San Juan. Safe neighborhood. Everything clean and as listed. Nice view of the city from 7th floor as well.

Had some issues with a small water leak, but the host responded very quickly and helped resolve the issue. Overall great location, and lots of space for larger groups!

Great location. I was able to park on the street on the opposite side from the entrance my entire stay. We didn’t use the private parking as it was far walk and inconvenient. Once we found the apartment we noticed the decor was shabby chic and the bed was comfortable.
