Nicholas’ place was very comfortable and peaceful. Very homy. The King size bed was very comfortable. He was very responsive to all of our needs. There was plenty of supplies for us. Very much appreciated. We would love to come back next year.

Nicole’s house was a great spot for seeing KC sights then retreating to a small, easy town. The house was clean with lots of thoughtful extras. My daughter loved the game room. Nicole was quick to respond any time I reached out. Lastly, the check out expectations were reasonable. A very easy stay.

Nina’s place met all of our needs. It was close to everything and the freeways were easily accessible. Nina was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in town.

We loved staying at this beautiful home. There were so many activities at the home that kept us busy for our stay! The pool came well equipped with lots of toys and floaties for the kids. The firepit was very relaxing and the outdoor chairs were very comfortable. We especially loved the HUGE game room! Our family also loved the beautiful outdoor setting and we took a few walks around the property. We were very thankful for the large property because the road to the house was busy and didn't have much of a shoulder to walk on. This property is a little spendy, but totally worth the price!

Our stay was great. We had 4 adults and 4 children (ages 9-12) and we all fit comfortably. The rental had everything we needed and was very clean. It is in a really cute part of down town Excelsior Springs with shops and restaurants seconds from the front door. The music from the whiskey bar below was never an issue. There was only music one night out of the 3 we stayed and it was over by 9:45pm. We had an excellent time and would stay again.

Mary Graces listing is probably one of the best, if not the best AirBnb I have stayed in. She was very friendly, and responsive. The unit is a FROG or Full Residence over Garage, but had all the amenities of an apartment. Comfortable couch, big television, good AC, stocked kitchen, and comfy bed (on the softer side, but that's what I like). Bathroom was the crown jewel, I'm envious of the shower head, and amazing water pressure, my Son enjoyed taking baths in the deep tub. Mary was very sweet and even sent us local recommendations of things to do. If you're visiting Worlds of Fun, you can't get any closer, don't think twice just book!

Beautiful place to stay. You could tell they really were thinking about their guests when they designed this spacious home. It's very clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We felt very comfortable coming and going. Juan and his wife were friendly and quick to respond to my text. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is a must-stay when visiting KC! The host was super responsive with clear and helpful instructions. Easy access to everywhere in KC and close to a great area with coffee, breweries, and restaurants. I thought it was a great touch that they included a guide to help you find places to go and things to do. Another great touch was the check-in book in the living room. It was great to see where everyone went on their stays, which gave us ideas for future visits. I would 10/10 recommend staying here.

It was our second time staying at Robs place and enjoyed it just as much as the first. Such a cute little spot, clean and has everything you might need for a home-away-from-home stay! There’s an awesome new restaurant called Gizmos across the road - a must try, and a coffee shop on the corner. Groceries are also close by if needed. We enjoyed a run up to the lake, there’s a walkway all the way from the house, really awesome. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Smithville!

Rachel's space was so beautiful. It felt like home, and it was great that the supermarket was so close by! Rachel was super helpful and made everything easy to navigate. I'm thrilled to have stayed here.

You CANNOT beat the location for the price. Overall this rental was exactly what we were looking for as far as being close to the river market but having a kitchen and try and save a bit instead of a hotel. We had some issues with cleanliness but they weren’t egregious and I got the impression that it was likely an accidental miss by the cleaners. A few things to note: the building is historic and not only are there stairs plentiful but they are steep and a little uneven. It was fine (if a workout) but if you have any mobility issues at all, friend this one isn’t for you. Also, the building is primarily an office building and directly below is an office that had people working at 9am on Saturday and when I say that I could hear every word they said from my bed I am not exaggerating but ironically the street was super quiet most of the time. Lastly, either ask for extra towels or bring your own bc they give you a minimum and no toiletries. For the money it was ultimately great for us!

I can't rave enough about these hosts. I had a lot of questions and they were prompt to respond. I also worked with them to have birthday decorations hanging for my daughter as a surprise when we arrived. From the weeks before to the trip, everything about my interactions with them was 5-star. The one piece of feedback I have for anyone considering this as a stay is that if you have any mobility issues, it might not be the right place for you because of the inconsistency of the elevator working. It worked when we got there, then broke, was fixed and broke again within a few hours. The stairwell is winding and narrow and I know it's out of the control of the hosts, but it's something to keep in mind. That being said, even though it was out of their control they did issue me a small refund for the inconvenience.

Good location and easy to find. On the third floor so if you are not able to use the stairs it might not be a good fit for you.

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

Ratings and reviews were all correct. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We were able to speak with our host if anything was needed. I strongly recommend this place if you're ever in town and need a relaxing stay. We look forward to staying at this oasis if ever in town again.

It was a good location close to my sister's place and within 25 minutes of Children's Mercy on Broadway. It was a nice place for the 4 of us. My bed in the basement was very comfy.

A tremendous host and a fantastic rental. Kansas City is an underrated American city and this location puts you right in the heart of it all!

Everything was as expected and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Safe, easy walk to Westport restaurants & shops. The sculpture park was a nice treat! Stephanie was proactive with communication and the condo was clean & cozy.
