Welcome to my comfortable 25x12 Airbnb suite in a nice, safe neighborhood 2 minutes from the highway & 20 minutes from the airport or downtown Kansas City. Your private space & bath are just inside the front door & you are literally 6 level steps from your car. The space includes a kitchen, sitting area & bedroom area with plenty of natural light. My shady front yard has a bench & swing & there is a beautiful park at the end of the street. Plenty of shopping & restaurants within a 3 mile radius.

The charming exterior of the standalone studio features a covered porch with seating options, surrounded by greenery. The front yard is well-maintained with a grassy area and planters. Large, open windows enhance natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

While retaining the features that makes this home so beautiful and reflective of its time, we have brought in modern amenities that insure a comfortable stay while in the heart of Excelsior Springs. This place is so perfect if you are visiting town as it's steps from shopping, eating and landmarks.
