Vacation rentals with breakfast in Clay County

Janet airbnb was like home, she accepted my last minute booking. i had to work late so i left my teens there overnight it felt so safe there felt like i was taking the kids to the grandma house. I would definitely be booking again.

Appreciated all of the suggestions for where to go, we were treated like family , Debbie even offered to take us on a tour if we wanted or drop us downtown if we couldn’t figure out how to maneuver the transportation system. Thanks for everything! Apologies for eating all of the snacks in our room ! Ha!

Beautiful home right down the street from great shopping and dining. Highly recommended Naomi Rose Boutique and Tin Kitchen BBQ. 3 bedroom home was just what we needed.

Janet is an amazing host. She made me feel right at home and was very friendly. She even offered me pizza and invited me on the back deck for coffee while she watered her plants. There were so many singing birds out back in the morning and she is located within walking distance to a pond or lake. I didn’t take the time to visit but I’m sure it would be a peaceful experience. Janet is invested in ensuring her guests feel welcome and enjoy the time they spend in her home.

Adam is an excellent host. He was immediately available whenever I had questions. Note that the laundry is in a basement with a separate entrance that’s not attached the house but otherwise the place is great!

Anne was a wonderful host and the place was amazing and beautiful!! She was helpful recommending places to eat nearby and was very accommodating. Would love to stay again and absolutely refreshed!!

Nice place. The top bunks did make us nervous since they don't have guard rails but we enjoyed our stay. The hosts are friendly and give you plenty of information to make it easy to find and enjoy.

We had such a relaxing time! The apartment had beautiful natural light and was very open. The home was clean, warm, and inviting. Jeff was super helpful and kind. He also makes the best muffins ever! We also loved how central we were to everything. We hope to stay again soon!

Decent hotel. Room was as advertised, but doesn’t appear to be in the best location. We had no issues though. Continental breakfast was essentially gone by 8:30

Great place that's pet friendly. The apartment was as described with everything we needed. There are neighbors but we never heard a peep from them; very quiet and respectful. Some of the neighbors do seem to be lacking adequate storage as their belongings are being stored outside causing some clutter around the building, but it was no problem and everyone was extremely friendly. We had a great stay with an easy check-in and enjoyed being left alone to relax and visit with friends & family. We hope to be back to Kansas City again soon, and will be looking forward to booking with this host again!!

We had a blast staying with Patricia!! She is an amazing host! She greeted us with tea and biscuits when we arrived and the next morning she served a multiple course breakfast. Her home is beautiful and cozy, complete with some sweet cats. This is a perfect place to stay for a girls weekend or an anniversary get-away. I will definitely book again!

The one room space was very well planned! The three of us didn’t feel crowded at all! We used the sleeper sofa and ate breakfast together at the small table. The homemade breakfast burritos and sweet bread left for us were good and a very thoughtful gift! Our hosts also left us apple cider from the local orchard! These hosts love their BnB and we greatly appreciated the clean well designed space and their generosity.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend, and we would highly recommend it. The space was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was a couple blocks from main street, so we didn't drive at all. We rode bikes and walked on the Weston Bluffs Trail. When it rained, we stayed in and watched movies. Thank you!

Brittney’s place was perfect. So nicely done, perfectly clean, and walkable to downtown. Brittney was very kind and hospitable. I would absolutely stay there again.

My husband and I really liked our stay. The room was clean and homey. Easy to find, get into the building and room, and quiet. We loved the weekend breakfast. It was delicious and beautifully set up. This is our first bed and breakfast and we would like to do it again. Response time was quick. Recommend this place.

It takes a special person to invite strangers into your home and make them feel right at home! I was grateful for the hospitality and warmth of the place and our host! It is a simple and peaceful place to stay and not too far from the city too! Breakfast that is served is delicious. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with coffee and granola in the morning light! Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about this secluded gem. Every little detail is covered from the homemade cookies at the refreshment bar to the little tags labeling drawers and cabinets. The bed was heavenly, the scenery was spectacular, the breakfast was scrumptious, and the owners were the sweetest. Definitely looking forward to going back!
