Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Clarke County

It couldn’t have been a more ideal weekend! This is truly a house you’d love to call your own. We spent our daughter’s wedding weekend in Athens here, and we can’t express enough how wonderful the home, the grounds, and our host, Margaret, were. We’re already excited about coming back for football season. We’re so thrilled to have discovered this hidden treasure!

A nice cozy place to stay - close enough to UGA campus to walk when we wanted, but far enough away to be very quiet at night. For the two of us, this was a great place to stay. For a larger group, I think the small bathroom would become restrictive.

We really enjoyed our stay. Claire really understands how to make things easy on you from a fully stocked kitchen and coffee and soft drinks / water available on arrival to a bluetooth speaker. The house itself had a ton of room and was uncluttered (a big plus). Those “little, big” things make a huge impression. She and Michael were also very helpful all the way around with questions. Would definitely stay again.

We chose Maggie’s place because it was close to our daughter’s wedding venue and looked like a pretty place for the bridesmaids to get ready and have photos that morning. It didn’t disappoint! Everything about it was beautiful-very clean and inviting. The linens are lovely and the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The record player gave us fun entertainment. The game cabinet was very well stocked. The bathrooms had toiletries. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and even all the things that make cooking easier (salt, oil, etc.). We enjoyed having a home base during a very busy weekend. Maggie was also very helpful and let us come back later after we checked out because we realized we had left my daughter’s wedding cake in the freezer! We are very grateful and recommend this place wholeheartedly.

The house absolutely met our needs for a brief weekend stay. The large lounging sofa in the living room was very nice. Beds were comfortable and home was not cluttered. Our main concerns were: * Carpet needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. Felt dirty on bare feet and there were lots of stains. * Exterior landscaping. Trees and bushes were overgrown so they were hanging over the walkway to front door, back deck stairs and the driveway. If the above items are addressed then we would absolutely stay again in the future!

This was the perfect stay for my family while our son was attending a UGA swim camp! It was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary kitchen accessories! John was super friendly and responsive. Perfect little side yard for our dog too. :) Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown and to UGA. We would absolutely stay here again!

Frank and Cindy’s place was the perfect location for anything on campus—just a quick 6-minute drive away. The home was cozy, with charming decor and thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials and coffee, and there were plenty of towels provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and parking was easy with space for two vehicles. We especially appreciated the flexible, accommodating hosts and the great variety of outdoor seating areas. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a week to prepare and celebrate our daughter’s wedding! The place was perfect for our bride to get ready with her friends! With some family still in town the next day it was a great gathering spot for a casual pizza night! Everyone raved about the space and surroundings!

We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

It’s quite hard to find a Airbnb to have individual bathrooms but here we go! Located at the Maxxxxxxeeeeennn castle this place is a good choice either for a short trip or a long occupation like me with my buddy for nearly two weeks — why choose hotel and eat outside always; why not get an Airbnb and cook your taco using the stuffs from the nearby Target with the pristine kitchen? Why choose hotel and worry about the laundry issue; why not get an Airbnb and use your own laundry equipment? With super duper comfortable bedding and enough pillows we two from Buffalo, NY had a great hospitality during our 2025 Georgia International Topology Conference held in UGA this summer. Highly recommend the Korean bb.q chicken and the boba tea “on site” and enjoy also the complimentary coffee each morning!!!

My wife and I stayed here after our wedding and it was a great experience. Super clean and very organized. Jaime and Neil were great hosts!

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s better than the pictures. Best part of this place is the screened in porch surrounded by forestry. We sat out on the porch each night and had breakfast on it every morning. The place was clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. We asked if she had a pack n play for our infant to stay in and it was all set up when we arrived. I kept saying all weekend how happy I was to have booked here. She was very responsive months before our stay and we had immediate responses during our stay whenever I messaged her.. This place is truly a gem.

What a comfy house. The backyard is green and spectacular and the host is very responsive !

The Athens Bungalow was such a cute place and fit our needs perfectly. We liked the location and thought it was convenient to our daughter’s graduation activities. The extra touches they provided were so nice, such as the coffee bar, snack tray and fresh pastries. They had great communication and checked on us during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, kind host, and very clean and comfortable accommodations. EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Slept so well on my trip! Definitely will book again when I come back to town.

Great Airbnb if you’re going to Athens, especially if you have business at the university! The place is very nice and pretty clean. I would stay here again if I were to come back to the area.

Wonderful place to stay. John was responsive and his home was perfect. Loved the Bulldog theme around the home. GO DAWGS! I will rebook again and again.

Derry was a great host. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival. I felt safe and relaxed. Derry is a great host.

Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place was very clean and loved the coffee in the morning! It’s about 1 mile from the stadium and I was expecting it to be just a little bit closer. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend.

This was a great place to stay for our daughters graduation from UGA. Completely updated and clean. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Athens or the campus.

Really enjoyed Radio-Free Athens and Katie was a fantastic host. Would immediately stay here again if we’re ever back in Athens. Short and easy walk to campus! Beautiful condo!

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

Second time staying here. Wonderful place and Catherine is very helpful. So clean and comfortable.
