It seems that we have rated Cara's place very well and five stars, that's because it has earned this rating. From the moment we drove in the gate we loved it. It was my wife's 70th birthday celebration and her family all arrived the following day. They were in awe as much as we were. The perfect place for a family gathering, relaxation, beautiful views. The house - everything - was amazing! There was no way anyone wanted to leave and we are already hoping for a return soon. We absolutely loved the kitchen and it was so easy to prepare a High Tea for the morning and birthday cake, and then a roast dinner at night. Cosy fire at night. Thank you so much. What an incredible privilege it was to have the chance to stay here. The hosts were extremely welcoming and reassuring, which made us feel really comfortable booking the place. The house itself is out of this world, with all the ammenities you could ask for (except ping pong, that would have been the cherry on top). When I say this is the ultimate getaway house, I seriously mean it. Would definitely come back again and recommend to anyone going up to Byron with a large group

wow !!!wat a wonderfull place to stay . The sounds of the birds and ripling of the water was magical . Enjoyed the bath on the dek. Everything was so welcoming. We are traveling from Holland and are staying in alot of places but this was one of the most beautiful . Thank you so very much that we could stay at your place .

Beautiful place to stay. Wonderful location close to the main part of the town and away from noise. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable Outdoor shower is a bonus. ( We just used only outdoor shower) And a perfect veranda to read a book or have drinks.

Hannah’s place was idyllic. It’s very beautiful inside, with lots of lovely little touches. We booked the stay to decompress after a tough work period and it was perfect. The pool is divine and the surroundings are relaxing and restorative. The location of the hosts house is quite close to the stay, but we barely knew they were there. They were very respectful of our privacy.

Jodie has a great house situated at the very end of a Water Ski Lodge. While the location is about 20mins out of town the views and privacy are well worth any inconvenience. We were a group of 9 adults and found the house perfect for our needs. Its a very well maintained property with manicured gardens and very tasteful appointments inside. Lots of parking room for multiple vehicles and boats. The pool table and Gazebo were used each night & is a great place to relax. Lots of friendly wildlife around including water dragons, green tree frogs and a variety of birds. Highly recommend.

Kerrie's place was extremely cosy and perfectly located for walks to local shops and waterfront. Great outdoor space with a small outdoor fire. Lots of treats and kitchen amenities were great so food only required if you wanted to eat in. BBQ also supplied if you want to utilise. We enjoyed meals out at Club Iluka excellent old style Chinese meals. The Cafe at the Ferry terminal served beautiful Japanese food and excellent friendly service. This Airbnb is great if you want a relaxing getaway and just put your feet up. Would recommend and stay again.

It has stunning views of the ocean and the balcony was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and to watch whales go by, offering a truly unforgettable experience. The interior is beautifully decorated, with a cozy gas fireplace adding a touch of warmth to our winter evenings. The stunning design made us feel like we had been transported back to a charming villa in Italy. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walks along the beach and exploring the picturesque surroundings on our bikes. The host's recommendations for local dining spots were spot on. Beautifully presented accommodation, perfect for a quite beach getaway. Location overlooking the sand dunes and surf was magical. We were able to walk everywhere…. Wooli Wooli Cafe for great coffee, the bowls club for yummy Chinese dinner and the Wooli Boat hire for a couple of hours cruising Wooli Wooli River. We felt very at home in your gorgeous beach getaway Sally. We look forward to visiting again soon.
