Situated on top of Hoop pine Lane Hill 1.5 km from the peaceful beaches of Suffolk Park. Our Studio is attached to the main house with views of the Byron Bay light house and Tallow beach. Set opposite a nature reserve, wake up to the sounds of native birds and wildlife. The Studio is fully self contained with a spacious living area and kitchenette, with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle, and dual air-con/heating system. Our dreamy cane chair library space is full of wonderful reads about Byron Bay and Beyond, our local indigenous history, surfing, and guides of where to eat and what to do. The master suite has a luxurious hand crafted wooden king bed, with a large walk in robe next to the bathroom, with ironing facilities and clothes horse. Our studio is ideal for a romantic Byron Bay getaway or a family with a young child. For the golf enthusiasts, the beautiful Byron Bay Golf Course is only a 5 min walk down the hill. *An adorable and very friendly chocolate labrador called Mae lives on site, and loves to visit and cuddle with guests. Guest have access to their own off street car park in front of the garden bed on our property, and private entry to the Studio is via the paved pathway to the right of the house. Free high speed wifi. We respect the privacy and choices of our guests whilst on holiday, yet we are available 24/7 via mobile to help with any enquires. Suffolk Park is on the southern outskirts of Byron Bay, New South Whales overlooking the stunning Tallow Beach stretch to Broken Head National Park. It is 30-minute drive of the airport and 5 minutes from the bustling Suffolk Park community shops. Depending on the kind of holiday you are seeking, it is advisable to hire or have access to a car, for the convenience and accessibility to explore the area. To get to the Studio, it is 45min drive south from the Goldcoast, or 25min drive north from Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport. As mentioned the studio is situated on top of a hill, down hill stroll is always fun yet on return... Your booty will get a solid workout. Within 5 min drive to the bustling Suffolk Park community and beach access. Or 15-20min walk. There is access to the local bus routes. We truly love this space and hope you get as much pleasure, relaxation and enjoyment from it as we did creating it.

Studio 21 is a super spacious waterfront apartment situated on the pristine coastal quays of Yamba, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. Enjoy access to the waters edge from the King bedroom overlooking the Canal....beach towels are provided if you fancy a dip! The terraced deck area is perfect for casting a line or launching the provided kayak for a paddle. Split cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable. This spacious guest suite with it's own private full bathroom separated from the main house by a garage is positioned overlooking Hidden Valley Estate where you'll find kangaroos roaming and lounging about. With it's own separate entrance you will have total privacy. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle are provided as well as a shared BBQ. Wake up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee out on your deck or sit in the evening with a glass of wine and watch the sunset by the fire pit.

The Haven on Barker

The Haven - Central location, fully renovated, 2 full size bedroom, living space is a big converted veranda. Casino is situated between the sea and mountains. There is spectacular rainforest and bushland nearby in the Border Ranges, beach towns and some of the most idyllic villages the North Coast of NSW has to offer nearby, while set in quiet rolling farmland. Although the name of our town suggests a Casino there is none, it is named after a town in Italy by our early settlers.

Miki's

Lennox Head is a coastal community between Byron Bay and Ballina. Miki’s is in a residential area about 3km from Lennox Head Beach and Boulders Beach. The area is hilly so it’s best to have a car. The space, in a single level home is private and quiet with leafy views to the north. Guests have their own entrance, en-suite bathroom and a small, light food preparation area. There’s also a private balcony with a BBQ. Original artworks in the bright and airy room make it unique.
