Vacation rentals with breakfast in Clarence River

Second time we’ve stayed here. Home is perfect for our needs and host Libby, as always, was excellent to deal with. Highly recommend, and a great place to stay. Thanks Libby and John. We’ll definitely be back

We stayed at this Airbnb for three weeks during a stressful yet exciting time, preparing for Cyclone Alfred. The house was incredibly dog-friendly, with everything needed to make our dogs feel welcome, plus a big fenced yard for them to enjoy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special highlight was the lovely elderly neighbor who kindly brought us fresh-caught fish. The well-stocked pantry was a great bonus. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return!

The house was absolutely spectacular, cozy, peaceful, and perfectly located in a beautiful coastal town. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We loved the tranquil atmosphere and the charming surroundings. Highly recommended

A idyllic and luxurious spot to unwind and enjoy a holiday. The space was just like the photos, clean with all the little things we needed from pantry staples to binoculars and Bluetooth speakers. The bath in the east wing was a great spot to soak with a view and the pool was also well used. The spot was perfect for two couples but you could easily fit two kids in the third room. Suzie was quick to communicate and accommodating to any requests we made. Overall a great experience.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house has had a massive refurb and made the place so much bigger and even better. The pictures DO NOT do the place justice. From the moment you first communicate with Raymond and Julieann to the moment you check out this house and the experience of being in Broomshead will never disappoint you. There is nothing you need to bring except yourself, some clothes and food. Everything else is provided including the welcome eggs, milk, bread, butter, coffee and tea supplies. My family loves staying here and compared to the other places in Brooms that we have stayed over the years this is number 1 by a mile. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this house again. We were even granted an early check in before noon. Well done Raymond and Julieann you have an amazing place.

Once again, we had a great Easter long weekend at Sarah’s. Great spacious home, great bathroom and kitchen is fantastic… so many staples available if you need them too (eg tomato sauce, tea bags, salt, vegemite etc) badminton set got a workout again and we used the tennis courts & basketball courts at the end of the street daily! Sarah is friendly and responsive. Thanks very much for having us!!

Lis’s house was extremely welcoming and felt like home. Had everything ever required in the kitchen and all of good quality. The property has great views and the pool is an excellent addition. Would love to stay there again if back in the area

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Serena’s place in Evan’s Head. The unit feels very homely. The interior decor gave the space a nice coastal feel. The location was central to everything you need in Evans Head. Serena was lovely and quick to help with any questions we had too. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

This is a lovely spacious place in great area. The bed is very comfortable. It was perfect for a four day stay. We appreciated the easter eggs that were there on arrival. Would stay again.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Helen's place! It was everything I needed and more. Helen’s kindness and thoughtfulness truly made me feel right at home. From the delicious treats she provided to having access to all TV streaming services, every detail was carefully considered to ensure my stay was perfect.

I really couldn't recommend any other place, great location, very central, Paula was very friendly and helpful, everything was, as is, described in the advertisement. Had a great time there. Thanks again Paula, until we meet again.

Beautifully presented accommodation, perfect for a quite beach getaway. Location overlooking the sand dunes and surf was magical. We were able to walk everywhere…. Wooli Wooli Cafe for great coffee, the bowls club for yummy Chinese dinner and the Wooli Boat hire for a couple of hours cruising Wooli Wooli River. We felt very at home in your gorgeous beach getaway Sally. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Although we didn’t stay at David’s place due to the unit undergoing repairs, David did organise an alternative unit in the same complex. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The unit is in a great position and the complex is clean and well maintained

Jenny's place is large and roomy with a separate bedroom and lots of comfortable furniture. The rooms are tastefully decorated with ceiling fans and air conditioning. Parking was right out the front of the unit and access was easy.

As backpackers, staying at Tania and Ken’s was a very welcomed stay. From the start they were so incredibly friendly, kind and attentive. We immediately felt right at home. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They even gave us a lift into town to do our shop and to drop us off to the bus stop with all our bags. Our stay in Maclean was special because of Tania and Ken. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Terry’s estate! The property and our room were absolutely gorgeous. Terry was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Due to delays in our trip, we arrived later than the check-in time, but Terry graciously stayed up to welcome us. Her kindness not only made our arrival smoother but also ensured we could complete our drive safely. ❤️ The room was stunning—we adored the wooden furnishings and the large bath beautifully embedded into the wood. The bed was so comfortable, and we had one of the most relaxing sleeps ever. The entire house was breathtaking, with a charm that made it truly special. The next morning, Terry kindly offered us a light breakfast for us on the garden terrace. Enjoying the beautiful view while starting the day was such a treat. Although we were only able to stay for one night, we’ll definitely be returning to experience more of this magical place—especially the riverside!

My stay was absolutely perfect. I was given space for privacy, but Paul let me know he wasn't far away if I needed anything. A beautiful and tranquil setting, yet not far from the centre of town. I will definitely be back when passing through again. I highly recommend this place.
