Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Claremont

We enjoyed staying for 11 days at Richard's charming and comfortable Monrovia apartment, that was more like a guest house. A great place for the 2 of us and our fur baby! Richard was a great host, very responsive and considerate. We loved walking through the neighborhood and old town Monrovia. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the cleanest most comfortable rental we've ever had. Quiet, comfortable, ceiling fans, new windows and very oretty interior. Great pillows too which is rare. No outdoor space but the bay is 4 doors away. We didnt have a car which might have been a challenge to park but the Circuit took us everywhere we coukdnt walk!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Lucy's spot was a great place for my co-workers to stay whilst in town. She was very responsive anytime we had questions about things. Super easy check in - easy to find as well. Ideal spot if you're wanting to be in the Burbank / Glendale area. Super cute and chill!

Georgetta was very pleasant and answered very quickly. Place is close to all the places we wanted to visit. Will book again.

Very peaceful & comfy place.

This is the 3rd property of Anthony’s that I have stayed in. Once again it was a perfect stay. I always feel at home when stay at 1 of Anthony’s properties. I had my adult son with me and he enjoyed the stay and said he likes knowing I have a safe comfortable place to stay when I am in town. Anthony’s response time is excellent. He handled a cable TV issue personally to make sure the issue was resolved. I loved staying here and look forward to staying again soon.

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! I would 100% recommend staying here! We have already talked about another trip back out! Thank you, Danny, for being such a wonderful host!!

Came here for a conference, close distance to the convention center. Hugo was extremely gracious in returning an item that was accidentally left behind. He went above and beyond in shipping it back. Easy to work with and helpful. Thank you! Overall a clean, safe space to stay and a wonderful experience.

Lovely space for us and our two teenage daughters to stay while we finished restoring our house from the Eaton fire. We know the area and were a bit concerned street parking could be difficult but thankfully there were always a few street spots close by.

Flora's place was perfectly for our cross-generational family of 7. It was convenient to a nearby hotel with a Starbucks and other grocery stores, etc. The place was clean and fairly well-stocked. Flora, in particular, was very responsive to all of our needs and communicated really well with us about small, normal issues we had. All in all - it was a nice stay!

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Absolutely fantastic property. Private and safe. To no fault of the owners, I might have ear plugs available for city sounds on weekend nights, but I will go back. The property is cozy and chic. The rooftop is spectacular but intimate. A fantastic find.

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Krysta’s place was great and she was a great host. We spent time at Disneyland, Long Beach and also took in an Anaheim Ducks game. Good location. Easy to uber but we also had a rental car so we loved having our own place to park. Comfy beds, homey environment with all amenities. If we are ever back in Anaheim we would definitely stay here again.

Megan’s place is fabulous. The location was super convenient to the conference I attended at the Convention Center and also to restaurants. The entire apartment worked well for working a bit during the day and relaxing in the evening. Megan is also super helpful and responsive. Definitely a place I’d return to in Long Beach!
