Custom Craftsman With Hot Tub Close to Ocean

Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! SIGNS ARE POSTED FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AM STREET SWEEPING. Guests have an electronic gate and their own private entrance.Guests have access to their own deck, complete kitchen and laundry facilities. Admire the many historic craftsman and California bungalow homes in this tranquil neighborhood. Walk to the beach and catch a concert in the park. The place itself exceeded our expectations—clean, well-equipped, and even better than the pictures. However!!!! one HUGE downside was the sound level meter, which seemed to be set too low. We were a small group of seven having a bachelorette party, just playing games, yet every time one of our friends laughed (she has a naturally high-pitched laugh), we received a noise-level notification. It felt a bit restrictive (and almost intrusive) since we weren’t being disruptive, and friends outside confirmed they couldn’t hear us. It’s disappointing that even simple moments of joy, like laughter, triggered alerts.

This cabin was amazing. I booked for a weekend birthday getaway with my little family, and later added another small family with no issues and accommodations that surpassed our expectations. The host has stocked the house with everything and gave great check-in instructions, and reached out ahead of time to ensure we knew we were in good hands. We never needed to reach out for anything! Enough space for all of us to spread out throughout the house and wonderful common areas to spend time together. The big red tub? Amazing. Oh, and the hot tub was clean and on a timer so it was ready upon arrival! We loved this place.

hidden gem! We really enjoyed our stay. The deck and view are incredible! Beds are comfortable with mattress toppers. Hot tub was relaxing and a nice bonus. Easily had free street parking in front of the house. Upscale neighborhood, very private and safe area. Eric was very attentive and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We hope to come back again! I highly recommend this rental

Stunning home up in the mountains. The only hiccup we had was finding the driveway, which our host gave us instructions and pictures ahead of time to help us find it. The cabin is spacious and despite having 7 adults in the home, we all felt we had room to move. Kitchen was big, and enough seating in the living room and dining room that everybody was able to stay together in the same room. The TV is a bit small, but we spent more time chatting on the deck and in the hot tub than watching TV, so it wasn't an issue. Upstairs has a cute nook with a couch and bed, as well as laundry and a bathroom! There is a fan attached to the slanted ceiling and fairy lights to light up a small step that leads to the bed. Nobody tripped, and despite heat rising, the fan made it a very comfortable night. My group already misses this cabin and out of the three we've stayed in Crestline, this is by far the fan favorite. Thank you!

This tranquil retreat was exactly what we hoped it would be. Peaceful, quiet, private (except the atv that randomly drove through the property and startled us a bit Easter afternoon). Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, relaxing by the fire, hiking in the forest and soaking in the hot tub. This property is fantastic, the house is comfortable - I would definitely recommend and hope to return again in the future!

One of the few Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in where the home actually surpassed the pictures and description. Extremely comfortable, well stocked and centrally located. The kitchen had enough spices, condiments, and equipment to fix basic meals. Lovely outdoor space and barbecue. Really enjoyed ourselves. We rented the house for a week so that we could attend our daughter’s wedding. Very comfortable accommodations for the five of us. Would highly recommend.

Great place! Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. Quiet spot in the mountains. If I had to come up with something constructive- it was a bit dry inside in Nov and the heating vents were a little intense in the bedrooms, but nitpicky stuff and other than that quite amazing. Tyler was also extremely helpful and responsive. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful stay in Twin Peaks. Host was so kind, helpful, and responsive—the best experience we’ve had with Airbnb. The home is clean, big, and comfortable- exactly what I look for in a rental. The layout of the home/rooms/common areas is perfect to relax and enjoy a cabin in the woods. The living room has a sprawling area to relax on a huge & comfortable recliner couch and fireplace and a cabinet full of games and puzzles, the kitchen is stocked with every cooking tool you need and a big family table. All the appliances are upgraded, and the rooms are all immaculate with spotless bathrooms. The yard had beautiful views and there was enough privacy and plenty of room to play and sled in the back. The neighborhood is also very quiet and calm and we enjoyed walking. This it the perfect spot for a relaxing family cabin trip.

The home was absolutely beautiful and in a prime location close to the center of town. Driveway is steep as said in the description but there also is parking directly across the street from the house which is nice if you have someone who’s car won’t make it up the incline. Plenty of towels and blankets and kitchen amenities to make you feel right at home. Hot tub is a bit outdated and was kind of dirty might be because it’s right under the trees outside but we still used it ! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book with Lisa again. The town is very beautiful and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Thank you again and we will be back !
