Our gorgeous family home is on the Tuscany/Umbria borders and has stunning views over the Tuscan hills and village of Montepulciano. Set in a quiet location, amongst olive & fig trees it is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The house is very spacious with plenty of room inside & out for children to play and adults to unwind. Castiglione and Lake Trasimeno are a 10 minute drive away, with shops, beach, restaurants and children's play areas as well as local ferry access to the lake islands.

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Great place to stay in Tuscany. The property is super beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. the apartment is just as described and very comfortable with all we needed for our stay. We loved it so much at first sight and extended our stay immediately after arrival :) We had good communication with both the Airbnb and PPM team, before and during our stay. The location is a little bit remote but it’s pretty easy to get to many popular places for a day trip. We would have stayed longer if time allowed. Would love to go back again another time. Highly recommended

Good place to rent for family with 1-2 kids. Very close (7-10 min slow walk) to one of the best beaches in Toscana – Marina di Bibbona. Close to very good pizzeria Il Tritono (3 min walk, sometimes table reservation is q good idea). No worry about food supply – 10 min from nice shopping center with mini supermarket, fish and meat stores. Vegetables you can buy on the road from farmers. Small peaceful town is located ideally towards attractions of Toscana –towns like Lucca, Piza, Viareggio and small medieval and Etruscan villages. Condo is quite cozy and spacious – two levels, two bathrooms, two bedrooms that fit 5 people. Two small yards – in front and behind the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped for those who choose to cook at home. Dishwasher, but No washing machine. Be aware – condo is condo. Neighbors from both sides, they were nice but it is not like when you live by your own in separate house. It did not bother us much but if you need privacy or you have a baby with sleeping problem – think twice. Giovapaolo is a very interesting, caring and tactful host. He prepared everything for our visit, gave valuable info re location and house. We really enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend his apartment.

Very nice and classic villa. Great for big family or group of friends who want to spend time together and also have privacy. The yard is amazing. The hot tub is great for cold days. The location is in the middle of the hills wineries which is beautiful but do take in mind every ride to any town is at least 20-30 minutes down and up the hills.

Absolutely amazing place and Elettra is ready with recommendations on everything and also offered to take on one of the trips she talked about. Cheap and really amazing place up on a small mountain. You have to drive to everything, and you don't have to get in a large SUV because the roads are small. Our Volvo XC90 had to back up and give way quite a few times.

Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Newly remade pool, not very large but very nice and collected to share with the people you go on vacation with. Especially suitable for large groups of friends/family to enjoy a dreamy relaxation.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

My boyfriend and I stayed only one night but we had a very good time, the house was very clean we had asked to anticipate the check-in time and our request was accepted without problems, really very kind. The farmhouse is located a little outside the village and especially the last piece of road is a little unpaved but nothing excessive, overall however we really enjoyed it.
