The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. Super terrace accessible from the room and living room/kitchen… sunlit all day. Mirjam and Dimitrji are very responsive and responsive.

Glad to come back! The place was clean and cozy. We felt very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable too. The kitchen was very well equipped. The terrace also complements the accommodation nicely. We lacked nothing. Sometimes a fan or something similar buzzes from next door, but it didn't bother us. We didn't hear the street. Supermarkets are within walking distance and you can hike directly from the property.

We had a lovely stay in Opicina. Our host was very helpful with helping us to find nice places to eat. The home was wonderful and well appointed! We will be certain to stay again when we next visit.

We enjoyed our stay in Bovec. The location of the apartment was perfect: central yet quiet area. The view of the countryside is wonderful. The apartment was clean and decorated with many loving details. The hosts were always quick to reach with questions. We would love to come back!

The place is great! Top location, parking right outside the door, private garden with nice seating. The apartment is as described, nice layout and optimal with two bathrooms. The hosts were always available and very friendly. We can only recommend the place ☺️

"Modern comfort and spectacular view" Three of us stayed in this modern and cozy apartment, perfect as a base for exploring Friuli. The location is convenient, a few minutes from the highway, but immersed in tranquility, with a splendid view of the mountains. Everything is well cared for, from the super equipped kitchen to the spacious and bright living area. The master bedroom is also great: quiet, comfortable and with a really comfortable mattress. The loft adds an original touch to the house. Self check-in is also very convenient at any time. Attentive owners and home perfect for relaxation or outdoor sports. Highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable space to adventure from Kobarid. Miha helped with local recommendations and was friendly as nd accommodating. *bring earplugs if you sleep past 7 am or the nearby church bells are your built in alarm

Despite very late and spontaneous request (our previous accommodation had canceled us), these extremely friendly landlords managed to prepare the entire house for 9 adults and a child in a few hours. Everything clean and homely, kitchen equipment, etc., was also great! We will be happy to come back. Sincere thanks for enabling a beautiful and cozy family weekend!

My wife and I stayed here for a bit over 3 months, and everything about the stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotless, the views were amazing, the neighbors were very friendly, and Federica and Andrea were outstanding hosts. Very good option in Gemona, in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the train and bus stations and the historic center. Very accessible by car, with hand shops. The location is to feel the real rhythm of Gemona, like another neighbor and not as a tourist. The hosts, Paola and Simone, are ten! Always attentive to needs, kind, helpful and willing to help. The apartment is huge, comfortable and very well equipped for long stays. At all times, I felt right at home!

The host responded very quickly to all our questions. He was very quick to overcome an issue. The appartement itself was very clean and beautiful. We had a really nice time.

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

We enjoyed Airbnb very much. Communication was excellent – we received a response within 10 minutes. The property is modernly decorated and stocked with everything you might need. A supermarket can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Everything was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable so we immediately felt comfortable. The outdoor area was wonderful for relaxing and grilling, with sunny and shaded spots throughout the day. Despite the summer temperatures, the house remained pleasantly cool, and the quiet location contributed to a relaxing stay!

We were very warmly welcomed by Tina, who gave a short explanation and many tips for the area. You feel that this is a house where they lived as a family, many authentic elements have been preserved, yet with the necessary new comforts (air conditioning hot/cold, oven, fridge..), there is a private parking space, coffee, herbs,.. We even got a Slovenian welcome wine and apple juice. The bathroom is not new but the shower is lovely and everything is super clean. We also used the washing machine (with free detergent). The road to the cottage itself goes through narrow curves and took some getting used to but once upstairs it was wonderful to stay. Plenty of fields to stroll in and also our four-legged friend was received super sweetly. Thanks for this authentic and enjoyable stay! 🫶🏻

Fabulous spot close to the town center. Great views from the backyard as well. There is a laundry service very nearby which was very convenient too!

the location of the house is great for getting to the center on foot. The reserved parking is also very useful. the house had everything we needed for our stay and everything was working perfectly. the chance to do the sauna is a really great option. antonio was always available to my every call. i really recommend it

Everything was in order, good accommodation, fully equipped, close to the beach. Parking spot, on the other hand, is hard to find all over Grado

The apartment is amazing. It’s very spacious and located in a quiet and nice area. Very close to a free parking location. Super clean and very characteristic, with even old walls decor and an outside room, ideal for gatherings and meals. Only downside is the wooden ceiling, which allow for some noise coming from people walking or talking in the upper floor. That’s minimal though, easily livable with. Overall, a perfect stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 'Delma's House'. Silvia made sure the apartment was warm and inviting - it felt like being 'home away from home'. Silvia went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and her hospitality was top-notch. The apartment is ideally located. There are wonderful local restaurants, cafes, shops and historical sites within a short walking distance.

The apartment, cozy and with attention to detail, is in a really great location to visit Gorizia! You can walk easily, and at the same time it's sheltered from the noise of the city. My family and I had a very pleasant weekend despite the rain: there were also playing cards, always appreciated to spend joyful moments! We also appreciated the tour guides in consultation.
