The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

At the beginning of the ascent to the sanctuary of Castelmonte, five minutes from the historic center of Cividale del Friuli, an old 19th-century farmhouse recently renovated offers an attic apartment and a double bedroom with bathroom. The adjoining farm produces organic extra virgin olive oil and the walk among the olive groves and vineyards up to a centuries-old chestnut tree is a pleasant immersion in nature and its gentle hilly landscape. The recently renovated apartment is located on the top floor of an old building in the historic center of Cividale, 30 meters from the main square in the pedestrian area; it has a large, very bright living area with a sofa bed (2 single beds) and a double bedroom. Paid parking is available 30 meters from the apartment from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (free at night); free 24-hour parking is located near the station and is about 150 meters away.
