부모님과 함께 4인이 머무르기에 좋은 숙소였습니다. 편하게 내 집처럼 지내면서 퍼스를 즐길 수 있었어요. 위치: CBD에서 멀지 않은 평화로운 교외지역에 위치해 있어서, 렌트카를 주차하기에도 편리하고 우버를 타고 가볍게 도심으로 나가기에도 좋습니다. (버스정류장도 가깝던데 이용은 못해봤네요.) 가까운 호숫가로 가볍게 산책가는 것도 즐거웠습니다. 편의성: 주방과 화장실이 깨끗하게 레노베이션 되어 있어 청결하고 편리합니다. 특히 주방에는 기본적인 취사도구나 식기 뿐 아니라 요리에 필요한 기본적인 양념 및 부자재들이 아주 잘 갖추어져 있어서 매우 유용했어요. 마트에서 재료를 사와서 음식을 만들어 먹기에 좋았고 덕분에 돈도 어느정도 절약되었네요. 단점: 퍼스의 초겨울에 방문했더니 잠잘 때 조금 추웠습니다. 호주식 난방 문화에 익숙하지 않아서 그런 것 같기도 합니다만, 침실을 더 따뜻하게 데울 수 있는 난방기구가 있다면 좋을 것 같습니다. 침실들의 조명 상태도 어둡고 침침해서 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

We had a great stay at Rita’s place. The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s also very quiet and private. It has a walk-in wardrobe to store our things. We especially like the huge bathroom with 2 separate sinks! Rita is also friendly, responsive and great in communication. We love and totally enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

very clean and sleek interior as the photos represent, great wide view of the sea, close enough to local amenities and easily accessible to the rest of Perth. Laura was a very friendly and helpful host, offering to go the extra mile to supply a non-essential item for the house. She was very prompt in replies and helpful. I would recommend if you were looking for an affordable beachside getaway.

Can not speak highly enough of our stay here! The unit was absolutely beautiful, everything was so clean, so many extras in the kitchen, bathroom, meaning we didn’t have to go out and buy washing powder etc. Couch was so comfy and then to fall into bed at the end of the day and it actually be comfy was so nice! Didn’t need to contact Phillip at all as everything was perfect, clear instructions and we got exactly what we thought we were getting and more!

Very tidy accommodation, great bed, stove, dishwasher, washer/drier. Good location, close to beach. Alana was great to deal with, responded quickly to messages.

The house is perfectly located in a serene neighbourhood that is right next to the beach, playgrounds and walking distance to food places. Candie was very responsive and thoughtful to our needs. Check-in was seamless as well. My family had a wonderful stay!

I love the stay. With the cold weather, I love to hang out with my family at the balcony at night. It was peaceful. The kitchenette was clean and some herbs were provided for cooking. Additionally, I have no worries about parking my car as the parking bay has a locking electronic gate which can only be opened / closed using the given keys.

Our recent stay was delightful, highlighted by the stunning sea view that greeted us every morning. It was incredibly peaceful to wake up to such a beautiful panorama. The unit was immaculately clean and incredibly well-equipped, especially for those who love cooking. We were so impressed by the array of cooking amenities available that we even baked our cookies, a lovely memory we'll cherish from our trip! The only minor drawback was the traffic sound from the nearby highway, which became noticeable in the mornings. While it didn't significantly detract from our overall experience, it's something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper. Despite that minor point, we had a fantastic time and highly recommend this Airbnb for its incredible views, cleanliness, and excellent amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Helena's! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels and a well-stocked kitchen and a welcome cake! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

You can’t stay in a better location than this! Steps from the beach. Comfortable beds and house has everything you need and more. The board games were a nice touch. Gianni was very helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our seconds stay at Maza’s place and we will be back again, definitely recommend. Perfect beds too, so comfy, all the amenities you need and more!

What a beautiful home! The space is much more spacious compared to how the photos look. We truly enjoyed our stay, the space was perfect for our family, including our little one. The space had beautiful furnishings and was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here when i visit Perth again :)

Perfect location, comfy bed and pet friendly which was really helpful as we are travelling Aus with our two pups and needed somewhere on a whim to stay in Perth unexpectedly and this little place was free luckily as a lot of places were booked up

Fabulous place to stay right next to the beach. Nice and close to Scarborough shops and restaurants. Lovely open living space and kitchen Was fabulous for our family. Would have loved to have had more time to be away and stayed there longer. Ashlee was a great host, strong communicator and provided really clear instructions. Would certainly stay there again given an opportunity.

Had a very short overnight stay at Lynn's place before an early morning flight. Conveniently located near the airport and the the room was clean and as expected. Lynn was very friendly too.

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Location location location This little trip was all about our Mum and spending quality time with her. Mum loves nothing more than the ocean and loved the view from the apartment. Mum also has mobility problems and this apartment was ideal. We could easily wheel her out to enjoy a walk, watch the sunset and eat at one of the many restaurants. Would love to do it all again!!

We had a great stay, family stayed in other Apartments. Walking distance from the main centre of Fremantle. And fish restaurants 5min walk away. Only thing was with the black carpet, just be careful of the 2 steps down from the kitchen. With low lighting when we arrived, it was hard to see the 2 steps. Overall good.

Sarah was very proactive and easy to communicate with and also answered questions promptly. Space was clean and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything
