Vacation rentals with a hot tub in City of Perth

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is a great place for two families. Glenn is very communicative and helpful.

great location, lots of nice restaurants nearby and close to the airport and tourist attractions. the house is a bit run down but had everything we needed. we enjoyed the jacuzzi. host was responsive and gave us recommendations for places for us to explore - went to see the kangaroos in heirisson island as recommended ☺️

Lovely place and easy to live here. Only 4 mins drive to Coles. Overall the house is clean and tidy. We enjoy the 4 nights staying here.

Our seconds stay at Maza’s place and we will be back again, definitely recommend. Perfect beds too, so comfy, all the amenities you need and more!

Had a great time with my family here. so homey and comfortable. and turns out they have 5 bedrooms. the kitchen is fully equipped. the area is so quiet and peaceful, nice for morning walk too.

Lovely house, spacious, comfortable and very conducive for a relaxing stay. Great for families. Lots of room and space to hang out. The balcony sunsets were gorgeous. The location is fantastic in a quiet neighbourhood. Lots of places to explore and eat and great public transport into Perth and surrounds within walking distance. The house was lovely , clean and spacious. It had everything we needed . Van the host was super hospitable, even going out of her way to make us a meal and helping accomodate our schedule. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We will be staying here next time too. It is also conveniently located. Close to the city and restaurants.

Sarah and her husband are awesome hosts. Wow there doggie is such a magnificent house mate. To stay here was so relaxing and convenient to everywhere. You won't regret staying with Sarah. If are feeling lonely you won't for long the doggie will give you heaps of affectionate.

Very complete amenities that you will need. Beds are comfortable to sleep in, unit is very clean. A secure car garage is available but note that big car doesn't fit inside (I was diring a Nissan Patrol) - however, there is still plenty of space at the driveway to park the car without blocking other units.

Beautiful place, very quiet yet close to beach & local restaurants/amenities. Secure parking & visitor parking (handy for us as we were visiting our son). Host very welcoming and responsive. Apartment lovely has everything you need and more, was very cosy on an evening. Garden & hot tub was gorgeous too! Welcome gifts on arrival snacks & wine! Overall a hidden gem would definitely stay again & recommend to others. Thank you Neil & Anita for a fabulous stay!

Really recommend! Even though the place is just outside of Perth, it's definitely worth the way – good bus connections in town make it straightforward. The check in was super flexible, we arrived at night and were still warmly welcomed and shown around. The house is beautiful, very quiet, with great corners in the garden to relax. Room and bath were poorly clean. Especially nice: There are many kitchen utensils, free tea, water, detergent as well as shower gel and conditioner. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – we felt totally comfortable!

Great place short walk to the beach and cafes would love to come back, thank you for having us !

Locations great with a walking distance to Belmont Forum as well as an equidistant travel to places of attractions such as Swan Valley and Fremantle. Peaceful estate, however was slightly disappointed that the previous tenant may have missed out leaving the bins out for collection, all bins were full before we left. Thanks to Krishia for permitting us to leave our trash bags by the porch due to the filled bins.

Nice stay in a peaceful quiet area. would recommend, just what you need for a short stay somewhere.
