Great location and easy walk into Perth CBD

The host was very friendly, contactable and helpful. the was very clean and tide, same as described, looking forward to staying there again in the future.

We had a great stay at Lynette’s place. She was very responsive and quick to attend to our queries. We also really appreciated her allowing us a late checkout. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfy and we slept really well. The unit had everything we needed, including laundry facilities, a hairdryer, and strong, reliable Wi-Fi. The location was convenient.. close to the city and we enjoyed a lovely morning walk up to Kings Park each day. Parking was generally easy. Most of the time we found a spot in the building, and when we couldn’t, street parking was available just outside. The only minor concern was some noise from the nearby freeway, but it wasn’t a big issue with earplugs. Overall, it was a great stay throughout our 8 nights!

Lovely, secure, safe and quiet apartment. Very nice walk to Claisebrook cove and around the Swan river. Supermarket just 1 min from the apartment. Will be back again!

Lyda’s place was absolutely lovely & as described. It was so conveniently located & within walking distance to hay street. The little pantry and chocolate was such a sweet gesture If ever in Perth, we would definitely stay here again!

Me, my husband and 3 toddlers spent 8 nights at Judy's place. We felt very much at home and cooked breakfast every morning. The kitchen has complete appliances and cutleries. The location of the apartment is very strategic. Very close to Kings Park, and only 10 minutes away to the city and Northbridge area (by car). Judy messaged to check on us after check in and before check out to make sure everything was okay. Would stay here again when we visit Perth next time.

Gus is a very generous host with check in and check out times, snacks aand flexibility. Great location walking distance to everything you need on a day to day basis and easy transport to and from the airport. Thanks Gus, hopefully we will be back :)

Marija was super responsive and friendly! It was a pleasure staying in this apartment, appreciate the amenities and loved the location being in the middle of so many beautiful parks, supermarkets, petrol station, and right beside the river! Worth the price and 100% a seamless experience! Thank you Marija 😃

Luke was a communicative and up-beat host. The space was a creative adaptation of a turn of the century shop, with a dash of quirky art and curios. While it is situated in a location devoid of local cafes etc, the hubs are not too far away, and Luke was very helpful with info re best way to get around the area. Thanks Luke - and thank you for your hospitality.

Sonya is a great host! The apartment was easy to find.. despite it being so close to town it was quiet and peaceful and being 7 months pregnant the bed was my highlight!! Soft and comfortable!! Spotlessly clean with a well stocked pantry, washing detergent, and bathroom amenities.. IGA is right in front of us so it the bus stop.. we have booked the apartment again for the end of this month .. that says it all !! 😊thanks Sonya!!

Had an amazing 8 night stay in April/May. Space was perfect for 4 people and had all the home away from home comforts. Close to local parks and only a short Uber into the city, we felt it was the perfect base for sightseeing.

Perfect for a few days near the city. Not fancy but that’s great for keeping the price reasonable. Awesome location for daily morning walks in Kings Park. The restaurant about 50 m up the road was really great

Amazing newly renovated apartment - extremely clean To easy to get in and around Perth Host was a great help letting us in and showing us through even had milk and water in the fridge for us after a late flight/arrival Great coffee machine too Plus excellent bakery downstairs Thoroughly recommend

Very tidy apartment, the windows are equipped with mosquito screen to keep out insects. Location is next to King’s park, so it is a very quiet place There is a great cafe where we enjoy our breakfast right next to the airbnb Lyda is a great host and communicates well with us Would recommend this place!

Best home I’ve stayed in , in my years of using Airbnb , host is an angel and communication was so well, any questions I’ve had was answered within an instant and no problems with the apartment whatsoever, recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Perth short term or long term as you’ll have the weight of your shoulder lifted from having such an amazing host !

What a great stay. Steven was so easy to communicate with, and nothing was ever a drama. The apartment was so clean and quiet and I would not hesitate to book this room again. 100% would recommend this to family and friends or anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Perth.

Fantastic, well equipped appointment. Lovely location especially if you’re in Perth without a car as it’s so easy to get to the train station. The apartment had everything you’d need including a cute balcony to sit on and drink morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

good place for family place. all items are completed. washing and dryer machine. all related cooking source. just the stove is a bit slow to get hot and need spend more time ..

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . We'd definitely recommend it to Others and would stay ourself too Thank you to the hosts My husband found this superb apartment Would recommend it
